Landing Platform vs ScreenCloud: screens joined to your data

Internal comms that update from the business, not from a content calendar.

ScreenCloud is a capable way to run screens across a workplace, with apps for the tools you use. Landing is the tools: HR and leave, timesheets, the helpdesk, projects and meeting notes. So the office screen shows who's in, what the team committed to and how the week is going, straight from the source.

Landing suits you if

  • You want screens fed by the systems your team already uses
  • You want the screen and the data behind it on one bill
  • You care that nothing personal ever reaches the wall

Where workplace screens lose the thread.

Apps bring data to the screen. Each one reads a tool you still have to buy.

An app per tool

Business data reaches the screen through apps, the premium ones on the higher plan, each reading a different system.

Per screen, per year

Plans are priced per screen and billed yearly for the best rate.

The team isn't in it

Who's away, today's stand-up host and this week's goals live in HR and meeting tools the screen can't see.

Landing Platform vs ScreenCloud, line by line.

ScreenCloud is a workplace signage platform. Landing's office screen is fed directly by the business data it holds.

What it costs, side by side.

ScreenCloud charges per screen. Landing charges for your team, and the office screen comes with the system.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who run the business in Landing every day, twenty who book leave, log time and pick up tasks. The office screen costs nothing extra.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your screens

Show us what is on your ScreenCloud screens today and where the numbers come from. We agree which slides move, which become live, and what "ready" looks like, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We build the live slides

We move your data as part of the switch, then build the live slides from Landing: team today, the morning brief, weekly goals, time logged and the support queue. Each screen is a share link, so any TV with a browser shows it. We check every slide against the data behind it.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use ScreenCloud.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

What happens to the apps we use on our screens?

Most of them read tools Landing replaces: HR, timesheets, the helpdesk and dashboards. Those become live slides with no app at all. A Google Sheet, CSV or any web page still has a slide of its own.

Is the screen safe to leave running unattended?

Yes. The share link carries no personal data by default, no sign-in sits on the TV, and the page reloads itself nightly and after every update.

Can different slides show at different times?

Yes. Each slide has its own duration, and a schedule can hand a slide the whole screen for a window, such as the Friday review hour.

Can the screen show a chart from our data?

Yes. Ask Studio in plain English, save the chart, and share it. The office screen and the dashboard read the same numbers.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
