vs.
Support that lives inside the business — not in a silo.
Zendesk is a powerful, enterprise-grade help desk you bolt onto the rest of your business. Landing Platform builds support tickets, a shared inbox and live chat into the same platform as your CRM, marketing, commerce and projects — on one flat price, not per-agent tiers plus AI add-ons.
One platform replaces Zendesk — and 40+ more

SemrushSound familiar?
You bought Zendesk to simplify. Then the stack crept back.
✕ Your support tool sits in its own silo — agents toggle to a separate CRM, marketing tool and billing system to see the full customer.
✕ Per-agent pricing punishes growth: every seat adds to the bill, and the features you want (AI, QA, WFM) are paid add-ons.
✕ The advertised price isn't the real price — with Copilot and AI resolutions, bills commonly land 2–3x the headline.
Half your business vs all of it
Zendesk is great at its slice. Landing Platform is the one place your whole operation lives.
A help desk in a silo.
- A dedicated omnichannel support & help-desk platform — 180,000+ companies
- Deep, mature ticketing: routing, triggers, macros, SLAs, multi-brand
- Strong AI: auto-resolving agents, Copilot, knowledge builder
- Per agent: Suite Team £45, Suite Pro £89, Enterprise custom (annual)
- Key capabilities are add-ons: Copilot £40/agent, WFM £40/agent, Contact Centre £44/agent
- AI auto-resolutions billed per resolution on top of seats
Support inside the business.
- Tickets, shared inbox & live chat in the same platform as CRM, marketing, commerce, projects
- An agent sees the full customer with the ticket — deals, orders, history, no jumping tools
- Flat pricing, unlimited seats — add agents, marketers and AMs without the bill changing
- AI included in the price, not metered per resolution or sold per Copilot seat
- From £1,000/mo to £4,000/mo — the whole business OS, not a support tool you surround
- Honest: we're not a deeper enterprise contact centre

"But we already use Zendesk…"
For deep, high-volume enterprise support, yes — Zendesk is purpose-built for it. Its omnichannel routing, SLAs, multi-brand, contact centre and mature AI go further than ours, and if a large dedicated support operation is your core need it's an excellent choice. Our point is different: most growing teams want capable support that lives inside the same system as their CRM, marketing and commerce — so agents see the whole customer, at one flat price instead of per-agent tiers plus add-ons. We're honest we're not a deeper enterprise help desk; we make support part of the business.
You can, and many do — but that's the cost we're pointing at. Bolting Zendesk on means paying per agent for support, paying again for the other tools, and paying to integrate and maintain them — with the customer's context split across systems. We put tickets, inbox, chat, CRM, marketing and commerce on one record and one flat price.
It depends on shape. A tiny support-only team on Zendesk's entry tier pays less than our floor — if support is all you need. But the moment you add agents, turn on AI/QA/WFM, and pay for the separate CRM and marketing you'd otherwise need, Zendesk's model scales fast (commonly 2–3x). Our flat, unlimited-seat price replaces several subscriptions and doesn't move as headcount grows.
"We were running our PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now it's all in one place: one login, one source of truth — we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen, and watch it all work together."
Claim a founding seat
Leaving Zendesk? Join the founding cohort: the Operations Vanguard from £1,000/month (only 10 Operations seats), or the full platform at £4,000/month (first 10). Flat, unlimited seats, AI included, pricing locked two years — and you help shape the roadmap. When the seats are gone, they're gone.
From the team at Pivotal. Founding & Vanguard seats are limited — once they're placed, founding pricing closes.
