Founding programme · Vanguard licences

The whole platform is £4,000. A single engine of it starts at £1,000.

Ten founding partners get everything. A Vanguard licence is the narrower seat inside that same cohort — one engine of the operating system, run properly, end to end. Same founding programme. Same two-year term. Same direct line to the people building it. You just hold one engine instead of all five.

Two ways in

Founding is still the better deal. That's the point.

We're not going to pretend otherwise. If you can carry £4,000, take the founding seat — it's more platform per pound than anything below it, and it never reopens. Vanguard exists for the teams who want in now and can't justify all five engines yet.

Vanguard licence

From £1,000 / month — one engine

  • One engine, complete and undiluted — not a trial tier
  • Every feature inside that engine, switched on
  • New features land with you before anyone else
  • A monthly session with the team that builds it
  • What you tell us, we build — you steer the roadmap
  • Add a second or third engine whenever you want
Onboarding £900 + VAT — half the standard fee, because one engine is less to set up.

Founding partners are distinguished. Vanguards are special. Both are in the room while this thing is being built — one of you simply has the whole floor.

All prices exclude VAT.

Pick your engine

Five engines. Start with the one that hurts most.

Each is a complete operation, not a starter tier — the full depth of that part of the platform, on the same connected data layer as everything else. Whatever you don't take stays switched off until you want it.

Marketing Vanguard

Your entire marketing operation

Create · Publish · Capture · Measure

Brand kit → landing pages and creatives → social scheduling → forms and email → live performance. A visitor who fills a form, opens an email or converts is tracked the whole way, with nothing to stitch together.

Sales Vanguard

Your entire revenue desk

Capture · Qualify · Close · Bill

A lead arrives, gets qualified, moves through your pipeline, books a call and turns into an invoice — end to end, with no separate CRM and billing tools to reconcile at month end.

Operations Vanguard

Your entire delivery operation

Plan · Deliver · Track · Bill

Plan the work, deliver it, track every hour and bill it. Projects, time and money in one place, so profit per engagement is a number you read rather than a spreadsheet you build.

Who they are, what they're working on, time off, and where they're headed — run natively or synced from Sage HR, with approvals and balances handled in one place instead of four.

The optimisation layer

Measure · Test · Optimise · Scale

The deepest layer we build: experimentation, analytics, SEO and automation. Run tests, watch what converts, fix what doesn't and automate the wins — with the numbers to prove it. Priced higher because it is.

Start where it's costing you most

Most teams know within a minute — it's the part of the week that runs on spreadsheets, chasing and reminders. If it's genuinely a toss-up, tell us how your team is shaped and we'll say which engine we'd take first, even if that's a smaller sale for us.

Combine them

Take one. Or two. Or three.

The engines are built to be held together — they share one data layer, so a second engine doesn't sit alongside the first, it plugs into it. Pick the combination that matches how your team actually works.

Take one

The single engine

Fix the part of the business that's bleeding time, properly, before touching anything else. Most Vanguards start here and it's rarely the wrong call.

Take two

Where it starts compounding

The pairs almost pick themselves: Marketing feeding Sales, Sales feeding Operations, Operations feeding People. The handover between the two stops being a job someone does.

Take three

Most of a working business

Three engines covers the majority of what a team touches daily. This is as far as Vanguard goes — and at three, the next conversation is usually about the founding seat.

Wanting four or five? Then take the founding seat.

We'd rather say that than sell you four engines. At four you're paying most of £4,000 for part of a platform — the founding seat is all five engines, every other feature, unlimited seats, VIP support, pricing protected for life, and the £1,800 onboarding waived. It's the better deal and we're not going to pretend it isn't.

Bundling two or three? Tell us the combination when you apply and we'll price it with you — combinations aren't a checkout, they're a conversation.

The cohort

You're not buying a cheaper plan. You're joining earlier.

A Vanguard licence isn't the budget tier of a product that's finished. It's a seat in the room while it's still being built — which is worth more than the discount, and is the actual reason the cohort is capped.

01

You go first

New features inside your engine land with the Vanguard cohort before they ship to anyone else. You use them, you break them, and you tell us — which is the whole arrangement.

02

A monthly session, with the people who build it

Not a success manager reading a script. A short conversation each month about what's working, what's missing and what to build — with the team that will build it.

03

Ten seats per engine, then it's closed

Each engine takes ten Vanguards and no more. It's capped for the same reason founding is capped at ten: past a certain number, "a direct line to the team" stops being true.

What we ask in return is small and non-negotiable: run something real through it, tell us the truth each month, and try the new things early. That's it.
