Landing Platform vs Whatagraph: client reports that update

Client reports that keep themselves current, beside the work that earned them.

Whatagraph turns marketing data into polished client reports. Landing does the reporting too, and holds everything around it: the campaigns you run, the hours your team logs, the retainer, the invoice and the margin. A shared dashboard republishes itself, so the client link is always recent.

Landing suits you if

  • You want client reports that refresh without anyone touching them
  • You want reporting priced by your team, not by data sources
  • You want the report, the hours and the invoice in one system

Where reporting tools leave the gap.

A beautiful report still has to be explained against the hours and the invoice.

Credits for every source

Plans are sized in credits, one per connected data source, so each account and channel adds to the count.

A yearly commitment

Plans are billed annually, with the bigger tier on custom pricing.

Reporting on the side

Projects, timesheets, invoicing and the CRM still live in other tools, and the monthly story is stitched together by hand.

Landing Platform vs Whatagraph, line by line.

Whatagraph is a specialist in marketing reports. Landing adds the delivery, finance and client side that the report is really about.

What it costs, side by side.

Whatagraph charges a yearly plan sized in data-source credits. Landing charges for your own team, and includes the reporting.

Work out your own price

Example team: six account and marketing leads who work in Landing every day, twelve who deliver the work and log time. Clients see shared dashboards and their portal free.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your reports

Show us the Whatagraph reports your clients open, and the tools behind them. We agree which move, and what "ready" means for each, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild them next to the work

We move your data as part of the switch. Ads data connects directly, and campaigns, web analytics, hours and invoices are already in Landing, so each report can show the work and the results together. We check every figure against today's report.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Whatagraph.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

How often do shared reports update?

You choose per dashboard: hourly or daily. Each republish runs as the person who shared it, with their permissions, so a link can never show data they can't see.

Can a client ask for a different view?

Your team asks in plain English and saves the answer to the client's dashboard. A new tile takes a question, not a rebuild.

What happens to the data sources we pay credits for?

Ads data connects directly. Web analytics, email, forms and pages are Landing's own, so they need no connector and no credits. Anything else comes in as a file or an Excel sheet.

Does Landing replace the rest of our client tools?

Yes: projects, timesheets, retainers, invoicing, the CRM and the client portal, under one login. We move them one a month, and billing waits until each is proven.

Retainers running hot?

Use the free retainer health tracker to see which clients are over.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
