Founding client programme: £4,000 a month
Run your whole business on Landing Platform for a flat £4,000 a month: every feature, unlimited seats, and a direct line to the team building it. Ten businesses get these terms. Once they are placed, the programme closes for good.
Running their teams on Landing
What a founding seat includes.
Everything a customer on the biggest plan gets, with no metering on people. Then the parts no plan can buy: a say in what gets built, and the people building it on call.
Every feature, switched on
CRM, projects, HR, helpdesk, email, sites, commerce, analytics and AI. No tiers, no add-ons, nothing held back for a higher plan.
Unlimited seats
Bring the whole company. Add a hire, a freelancer or a new department and the bill stays exactly where it is.
Monthly feature requests
Each month you tell us what your team needs next, and we build it into the product. Founding clients shape Landing, not the other way round.
A real say in the roadmap
A monthly session with the people building the platform. You see what is coming before anyone else and you help decide what goes first.
Same-day bug fixes
A bug you report is fixed the same day. It is written into your terms, not a best-efforts promise in a support page.
Priority VIP support
Your team skips the queue and speaks to someone who knows your setup, from the first week to the hundredth.
White-glove migration
We move you off your current tools one at a time, data and history included, while your team keeps working.
No onboarding fee
Set-up, migration and training for your team are included. Founding clients pay the monthly figure and nothing else.
Pricing protected for life
After your first two years you move onto grandfathered pricing, below the standard rates everyone else pays, for as long as you stay.
The terms, in full.
Two-year minimum term. One founding seat covers one business: a group running several companies takes a seat for each. All prices exclude VAT.
Who we accept.
We read every application and accept few. Founding clients are the businesses the product is shaped around, so fit matters more than speed.
It is for you if
- You spend £4,000 or more a month across disconnected tools.
- You run a real team, typically six people or more, across sales, marketing, operations or people.
- You want to grow on one system, not just trim a subscription.
- You have opinions about your tools and want them built in.
It is not for you if
- You are after a small saving on two or three tools. A standard plan will suit you better.
- You want to see one feature before committing to anything. Start with a 30-minute demo instead.
Add up every subscription: CRM, email, project management, HR, helpdesk, forms, scheduling, analytics.
You are in founding range. One flat £48,000 a year replaces the lot, with every feature and unlimited seats.
How to become a founding client.
From the first conversation to your team working on Landing, with the terms in writing before anything moves.
Apply or book a call
Answer nine short questions, or pick thirty minutes with Tait, the founder. No deck, just your stack and your numbers.
A fit conversation
We look at what you run today, what it costs and where your team loses time, and both decide whether founding is right.
Your plan in writing
You get the terms, the order your tools move in and the success criteria for each move, signed before anything starts.
We move you over
White-glove migration, one tool at a time, with your data and history, while your team keeps working.
You shape what comes next
Monthly feature requests and a roadmap session begin straight away, and carry on for as long as you are with us.
“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
Apply for a founding seat.
Talk first, or put it in writing. Either way a person reads it and replies within a working day. Once the ten are placed, this never reopens.

Thirty minutes. Show us what you're running now and what's frustrating you, and we'll show you the same workflow inside Landing. If it isn't better, we'll say so on the call.

Founding client questions.
What people ask before they apply.
What is the founding client programme?
It is how the first ten businesses join Landing Platform. Each pays a flat £4,000 a month for every feature and unlimited seats, locked for two years, then moves onto preferential pricing for life. In return they shape the product through monthly feature requests and a roadmap session.
Is it really only ten, ever?
Yes. Ten founding clients, and once they are placed the programme does not reopen. After that, new customers join on standard plans, priced by seat and feature.
What happens after the two years?
You move onto grandfathered, preferential pricing below the standard rates, and it stays with you for as long as you remain a customer. Your price for the first two years is locked and cannot go up.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, two years. That is what lets us lock your price, waive onboarding and build your requests into the product.
We run several businesses. Does one seat cover them all?
One founding seat covers one business. If you run a group, each company takes its own seat. Talk to us about your structure on the call.
Is there an onboarding or migration fee?
No. Set-up, migration from your current tools and training for your team are included in the monthly price.
How is this different from a standard plan?
Standard plans are priced per person and by audience size. Founding is one flat figure with unlimited seats, plus monthly feature requests, a roadmap say, same-day bug fixes and priority support, which no plan includes.
How long does it take to move over?
We move one tool at a time against success criteria agreed up front, planned around your renewal dates so nothing is paid for twice. See how switching works.
