Talk to us: book a 30-minute intro
Thirty minutes with Tait, about your stack and your team. No slides. You leave with a price for your switch and a plan for the first tool to move.
Pick a time, or put it in writing.
Both land with a person. Either way you get a price for your switch, not a pitch deck.

Thirty minutes. Show us what you're running now and what's frustrating you, and we'll show you the same workflow inside Landing. If it isn't better, we'll say so on the call.
Or email hello@pivotal.digital and a person will reply within a working day.
What happens next.
Three steps from the first call to the first tool switched off, with the price agreed before anything moves.
An intro call
Thirty minutes on what you run today, who uses it and what it costs. Bring your tool list; that is the only preparation.
We map your stack and price it
You get a written plan: which tool moves first, the success criteria for each one, and one price for the whole company.
One tool a month, paid when proven
We move one tool a month against the criteria we agreed. Billing for each starts when we prove it is ready, not when you start using it.
The switch offer, in one sentence.
Every ยฃ1,000 a month of software we switch off earns you a free month, up to three. We do the moving; your team keeps working.
Before you book.
The questions people ask before the call, answered here so the thirty minutes go on your business.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A list of the tools you pay for today, roughly what each costs and who uses it. If you have them, the renewal dates. That is enough to price your switch on the call.
Who will I be speaking to?
Tait, the founder. He runs Pivotal on the platform every day and has switched companies like yours, so the answers come from use, not a script.
Can we start with one team?
Yes, and most do. Bring in the team that hurts most. Every product is in every plan, so when the next team wants in, it is switched on rather than bought.
We are mid-contract with our current tools. Does that matter?
No. We plan the moves around your renewal dates, so nothing is paid for twice. Tools with a long time left simply go later in the order.
How long does the switch take?
One tool a month, each against success criteria we agree up front. A typical three-tool switch is done in a quarter, and the switch offer can make those months free.
Is there a minimum team size?
Plans start at two Builders. Beyond that the call is about fit, not size: small teams and large ones both run on Landing.
Running their teams on Landing
โWe were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.โ
