CRM with quotes and e-signature
Contacts, deals, booking, quotes, statements of work and e-signature on one record. When a deal closes, the project and the invoice are already there, because there's no second system to hand it to.
Running their teams on Landing
What it replaces.
The CRM, the booking link, the proposal tool and the signing tool. Four subscriptions holding four copies of the same customer.
Contacts, companies, deals and pipelines.
Pipeline and forecasting for bigger teams.
A simple deal pipeline.
Meeting links and round-robin.
Quotes and proposals.
Getting contracts signed.
Recording and summarising calls.
Capture, qualify, close and bill.
A lead arrives, gets qualified, books a call and turns into an invoice, tracked end to end. The handover between won and billed stops being a job someone does on a Friday.
Contacts, companies and deals
Every form fill, email, call, meeting and ticket on one company timeline, with pipelines you can shape per team and Companies House checks on any UK company.
Core and upBooking built in
Booking pages for each person or team. The meeting lands on the deal, with no link to paste back.
Core and upQuotes and statements of work
Priced from your rate card, with options the client can choose between. You see what they read and for how long.
Core and upE-signature
Contracts signed in the browser, with a reminder to whoever hasn't. Clients sign free.
Core and upInvoices from the deal
Sign the statement of work and the deposit is requested through Stripe there and then, and retainer invoices go out monthly in advance. Finance hears about the deal the moment it closes.
Core and upSequences and meeting notes
Sequences written for each prospect and sent from the rep's own Microsoft 365 mailbox, stopping when they reply. A notetaker joins Teams and Meet calls and files the summary and action items on the deal.
Growth and upWhat happens that other CRMs leave to you.
Most CRMs stop at "won" and leave the rest to another tool. Here the rest is part of the record.
Deal to invoice, in one chain
Signing a statement of work marks the deal won, creates the project with its role budgets locked, requests the deposit through Stripe and starts retainer invoicing. Prices are frozen at the moment they sign.
Statements of work clients choose from
Bundle estimates priced from your rate card, group options so the client picks one, and mark extras optional or recommended. They choose on the signing page.
E-signature with evidence
Signers in order or all at once, automatic reminders, and a certificate on the PDF with each signer, timestamp, IP address and a fingerprint of the content, plus a public page to verify it.
A notetaker that files itself
Joins Teams and Google Meet calls, or records in person from a phone. Speakers are matched to your contacts by email, action items become project cards, and the call is filed against the right client.
Companies House checks
Officers, beneficial owners, insolvency and filed accounts for any UK company, scored against your ideal customer before you send the quote.
A prospect directory built in
Search people and companies, reveal phone numbers and fill in missing details on a contact, without a separate data subscription.
Sequences from your own mailbox
Each email researched and written for the prospect, sent from the rep's Microsoft 365 mailbox in the prospect's business hours, with replies detected and the sequence stopped.
Email that logs itself
Send from the contact page through your own mailbox. It's logged without BCC tricks, summarised on the timeline, and the follow-up reminder cancels itself when they reply.
AI agents through MCP
Connect Claude and other AI assistants with "Sign in with Landing". They can find contacts, create deals, book meetings and log time, only ever within that person's own permissions.
Sources that fill themselves
Where every deal, company and contact came from, stamped by the form, chat or referral that brought them in, and never over what a person typed.
Sales that hands over by itself.
Marketing fills the pipeline you work. Operations turns a won deal into scheduled work and a real margin, without anyone re-keying it.
Which plan unlocks what.
Sales is in every plan. Clients who sign, book and pay are guests, and guests are always free.

Work out your priceBuilt for the questions IT, finance and your clients will ask.
Signatures with evidence, permissions that keep pipeline and pricing where they belong, and AI that can only act as the person it signed in as.
Audit trails that stand up
Every signature carries the signer, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed. Till sales sit in a chained log that shows any edit. Access changes and sign-in events are logged, with a full audit log on Scale.
AI agents under your permissions
Claude and other assistants connect with "Sign in with Landing" and can only do what that person could do themselves. Read-only unless you say otherwise.
Access profiles
Named permission sets for your team, your clients and your partners. A person can hold several, and every screen and every query respects them, so pay, margin and client data stay with the people allowed to see them.
Sign-in you can enforce
Two-factor by authenticator app, SMS or email, with recovery codes and a company-wide switch that requires it of everyone. Single sign-on on Scale.
A client portal in your brand
Clients see their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables under your logo and colours, and everything public runs on your own domains.
Several brands, one account
Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and chat assistant. Separate legal entities on Scale.
API, webhooks and exports
A documented public API for leads, bookings, chat, subscribers, tracking and embeds. Signed webhooks in, HTTP calls out from any playbook, and CSV and PDF exports from the screens that hold your data.
UK GDPR in practice
Consent kept word for word, one-click unsubscribe, a company-wide suppression list, retention rules on uploads, and a published list of sub-processors. Built in the UK by a UK company.

Questions sales teams ask.
Anything else, ask us on the demo. We'll have your price worked out before you hang up.
Can we move from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Yes. We move contacts, companies, deals and history for you, against success criteria agreed up front, and billing starts when we prove it's ready. Landing vs HubSpot.
Do clients need a seat to sign or book?
No. Anyone outside your company is a guest, and guests are free, whether they book a call, sign a statement of work or pay an invoice.
Will the e-signature hold up?
It's built for ordinary commercial contracts. Each signer is identified by their email link and consents explicitly, and the certificate on the PDF records who signed, when, from which address, and a fingerprint of exactly what they signed. Anyone can check a signed document on a public verification page.
We only want a CRM. Is the rest wasted?
It's in the price either way, and it stays out of your way until you switch it on. Most teams start with the CRM and bring in the next team when they see it working.
Where do sequences and call notes sit?
On Growth, with AI agents and playbooks. Contacts, deals, booking, quotes, e-signature and invoices are all in Core.
Bring your pipeline. We'll show you the rest.
Thirty minutes on the CRM you use today and what happens after a deal is won, with your price worked out before you hang up.
