HR software with time off and timesheets
Records, time off, timesheets, reviews and pay in one place. Everyone books their own leave and logs their own hours, and you stop being the person who chases.
Running their teams on Landing
What it replaces.
The HR system, the time tracker and the spreadsheet everyone argues about. One record per person, used by every team.
Employee records, documents and time off.
Leave, absence and the staff directory.
Reviews, goals and compensation.
Hours against clients and projects.
Records and leave, often kept for payroll.
Shifts, clock-in and hours for hourly staff.
Who is off, and how many days they have left.
Everything HR carries, off your desk.
Six jobs that used to live in four places. Each one is complete, not a thin version of the tool it replaces.
Records and org chart
One record per person: role, manager, contract, documents and emergency contacts. The org chart draws itself from who reports to whom.
Core and upTime off that adds up
Balances, carry-over, bank holidays and part-time patterns worked out per person. Approvers say yes from the email itself, no login needed, and the calendar updates for everyone.
Core and upTimesheets that fill themselves
Every night, each person's day is filled from their Outlook calendar: overlapping meetings merged, the day capped at what they owe, and anything they typed themselves left alone. Reminders go out on their own.
Core and upContracts and e-signature
Offer letters and policies sent, signed and filed against the person. No separate signing tool and no extra seat.
Core and upReviews and progression
A plan for the next role and salary, with goals to earn it and check-ins that can't be rewritten. When every goal is met, one click applies the promotion and the pay rise to their record.
Growth and upPay and levels, kept private
Positions, salaries and pay bands on the record, hidden from everyone who shouldn't see them by access profile.
Growth and upThe depth you only notice once you use it.
HR, leave, time and pay on one record, so each part knows what the others know. These are the details other HR tools leave to a spreadsheet or a second subscription.
A shift rota for hourly staff
Week, day and month views per branch, drag to move, copy last week and publish with notifications. Open shifts people can claim, swaps, availability, and a coverage heatmap against your targets.
UK Working Time checks
Breaks, 11 hours' rest between shifts and the 48-hour average over a rolling 17 weeks, checked as you build the rota rather than after someone complains.
Kiosk clock-in
PIN clock-in on a shared tablet, with an optional GPS radius and selfie check, rostered against actual hours side by side, and a live board of who's in.
Labour cost and payroll export
Weekend, night and overtime premiums costed against budget as you plan, then hours and premiums exported as a file your payroll provider can take.
Timesheets filled from Outlook
Each night, meetings in a person's Outlook calendar become time, matched to the right client from who was invited and rules it remembers. Hand-typed hours and edited rows are never touched.
Leave that shows on the timesheet
Approved leave appears on the timesheet by itself, never double-counts hours someone typed, and never reaches a client's bill. Working from home counts as work.
Everyone's own working week
Which days and how many hours, per person. A four-day week means Friday is never "missing time", and every capacity and utilisation figure uses it.
Progression plans that apply the pay rise
Goals with owners and dates, check-ins that can't be edited later, salary shown only if the manager allows it, and one click to write the new role and pay into their history.
True cost from real salaries
Salary history costs every hour worked, seen only by people allowed to see pay, so utilisation and margin use what people really cost.
Equipment, training and announcements
Laptops and software licences checked in and out, courses assigned from your own academy, and announcements with read tracking.
The list of people every other team already uses.
Pair People with Operations and the same timesheet that books a day against a project also spends a day of leave, so capacity and utilisation read off one set of numbers.
Which plan unlocks what.
People is in every plan. The plan decides how far it goes. Everyone who books leave and logs time is a Member, not a full seat.

Work out your priceBuilt for the questions IT, finance and the board will ask.
Who can see pay, who can approve, and what is logged when they do. The controls a bigger company checks before it moves its people data.
Access profiles
Named permission sets for your team, your clients and your partners. A person can hold several, and every screen and every query respects them, so pay, margin and client data stay with the people allowed to see them.
Sign-in you can enforce
Two-factor by authenticator app, SMS or email, with recovery codes and a company-wide switch that requires it of everyone. Single sign-on on Scale.
Audit trails that stand up
Every signature carries the signer, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed. Till sales sit in a chained log that shows any edit. Access changes and sign-in events are logged, with a full audit log on Scale.
UK GDPR in practice
Consent kept word for word, one-click unsubscribe, a company-wide suppression list, retention rules on uploads, and a published list of sub-processors. Built in the UK by a UK company.
A client portal in your brand
Clients see their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables under your logo and colours, and everything public runs on your own domains.
Several brands, one account
Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and chat assistant. Separate legal entities on Scale.
AI agents under your permissions
Claude and other assistants connect with "Sign in with Landing" and can only do what that person could do themselves. Read-only unless you say otherwise.
API, webhooks and exports
A documented public API for leads, bookings, chat, subscribers, tracking and embeds. Signed webhooks in, HTTP calls out from any playbook, and CSV and PDF exports from the screens that hold your data.

Questions HR teams ask.
Anything else, ask us on the demo. We'll have your price worked out before you hang up.
Do we have to buy People on its own?
No. People is in every plan. If another team at your company already uses Landing, your people are already in it, so adding People is a switch rather than a project.
Who counts as a Member?
Anyone who takes part without working in Landing all day: they book leave, log time, approve requests, pick up tasks and see dashboards. On Core that's £4 a month each.
Can we bring our data from Sage HR?
Yes. People, positions, teams, leave policies, requests and balances import from Sage HR, leavers included, with a preview before anything is applied. Approvals and balances run in Landing from day one, and hours and premiums export as a file your payroll provider can take.
Can people book leave from their phone?
Yes. Landing is on the App Store and Google Play. Leave requests, approvals and timesheet reminders arrive as push notifications, and anyone can book, approve or log time from their phone.
Does it handle shift workers?
Yes. There's a full shift rota per branch: open shifts, swaps, kiosk clock-in with a PIN, UK Working Time checks including the 17-week average, labour cost against budget and a payroll-ready export of hours and premiums.
How do we move off BambooHR or Breathe?
We do it for you. We move one tool a month against success criteria agreed up front, and billing starts when we prove it's ready. How switching works.
