Email, SMS and marketing automation
Segments, flows, forms and pages, built on the same record as your sales, support and orders. So "bought, then complained" is a segment, not a spreadsheet.
Running their teams on Landing
What it replaces.
The email tool, the form builder, the page builder and the social scheduler. One subscription on one record, so nothing needs syncing.
Flows, campaigns and segments.
Newsletters and lists.
Automations and lead scoring.
Multi-step forms and quizzes.
Campaign pages and tests.
The marketing site.
Plan, approve and publish posts.
Mobile funnels and quizzes.
What you'd expect from Klaviyo, and what it can't see.
The email and SMS tools you know, plus everything the rest of the business knows about each person.
Flows and campaigns
Drag-and-drop email, on-brand templates, split tests and send-time choices. SMS on the same flow when you want it.
Email in Core · SMS on GrowthSegments across the business
Filter on orders, tickets, deals, bookings and forms, or on who opened a named campaign or flow email. Segments update live, and a campaign can go straight to one.
Core and upForms and landing pages
Pop-ups, multi-step forms and pages that post straight into your lists. Consent is kept word for word as they tick, and a form can take a signature or a video upload.
Core and upSocial and AI creative
Plan, approve and schedule posts. Generate pages, ad creative and video from your brand kit.
Growth and upRevenue, not opens
Every email, form and page measured to orders and deals, with web analytics, session replay and heatmaps built in and attribution across channels.
Analytics in Core · attribution on GrowthTest and identify
A/B test pages and offers with proper significance, and see which companies are on your site before they fill a form.
ScaleThe parts you would normally buy separately.
Most marketing tools stop at the email. These are the pieces teams usually bolt on with another subscription, already on the same record.
Session replay and heatmaps
Watch recordings of real visits, and see click, move and scroll heatmaps per page. Inputs are masked, recording waits for consent, and JavaScript errors are rolled up for you.
Consent receipts
When someone ticks a consent box, the exact wording they saw is kept with the time, IP address and browser. List sign-ups can wait on that tick, and an unsubscribe stops that channel for the whole brand.
Signatures in forms
Waivers and agreements signed inside the form. The wording is fingerprinted and checked at submit, every signature is kept in a record that can't be rewritten, and there's a certificate anyone can verify.
Video uploads in forms
Applicants and customers upload video straight to private storage, with a size limit and a retention period you set per field.
Forms people finish
One question per screen, logic jumps, answers piped into later questions and autosave, plus pop-ups, slide-ins, banners and exit-intent triggers with frequency caps.
Flows that act on the business
A flow can create a deal, a project card or a to-do, send a signable document, text someone, or ring your team and connect the lead the moment they submit.
Revenue per email
Each order is credited to the last campaign or flow email the customer engaged with, so revenue per email works even without web analytics installed.
Sending set up properly
Your own verified sending domain, DNS written for you if you're on Cloudflare, sends paced to the provider's limits, and the one-click unsubscribe the big inbox providers now ask for.
Klaviyo and Mailchimp importers
Klaviyo flows come across as drafts with their templates, triggers and product catalogue. Mailchimp lists arrive with merge fields, tags, suppressions and past campaigns, images re-hosted.
Marketing that can see sales, support and orders.
Leads captured by a form land in the pipeline. Hours logged against the work show the true margin on the campaign that won it.
Which plan unlocks what.
Marketing is in every plan. You pay for the people who work in it and the audience you market to. Sending is unlimited within fair use.

Know someone in HR still living in spreadsheets?
People is already in your plan. Everyone's already in Landing, there's nothing to migrate, and the people who only book leave and log time are Members, from £4 a month.
Built for the questions legal, IT and the brand team will ask.
Consent you can prove, brands that stay separate, and permissions that keep the client list with the people who should have it.
UK GDPR in practice
Consent kept word for word, one-click unsubscribe, a company-wide suppression list, retention rules on uploads, and a published list of sub-processors. Built in the UK by a UK company.
Several brands, one account
Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and chat assistant. Separate legal entities on Scale.
Access profiles
Named permission sets for your team, your clients and your partners. A person can hold several, and every screen and every query respects them, so pay, margin and client data stay with the people allowed to see them.
Sign-in you can enforce
Two-factor by authenticator app, SMS or email, with recovery codes and a company-wide switch that requires it of everyone. Single sign-on on Scale.
API, webhooks and exports
A documented public API for leads, bookings, chat, subscribers, tracking and embeds. Signed webhooks in, HTTP calls out from any playbook, and CSV and PDF exports from the screens that hold your data.
AI agents under your permissions
Claude and other assistants connect with "Sign in with Landing" and can only do what that person could do themselves. Read-only unless you say otherwise.
A client portal in your brand
Clients see their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables under your logo and colours, and everything public runs on your own domains.
Audit trails that stand up
Every signature carries the signer, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed. Till sales sit in a chained log that shows any edit. Access changes and sign-in events are logged, with a full audit log on Scale.

Questions marketing teams ask.
Anything else, ask us on the demo. We'll have your price worked out before you hang up.
How are contacts counted?
You pay for marketing contacts: people you email or text. The first 2,500 are free, then each band costs less per contact than the one before. Sending is unlimited within fair use.
Can we bring our Klaviyo flows across?
Yes, and we do it for you. Klaviyo flows import as drafts with their templates, triggers and product catalogue. Mailchimp lists come with merge fields, tags, suppressions and past campaigns. We warm the sending domain and sign it off against success criteria agreed up front. Landing vs Klaviyo.
Do we need Growth for AI and social?
Yes. Email, forms, pages and web analytics are in Core. Social, SMS, AI creative and attribution come with Growth, and AI use draws on the shared credit pool.
Where does A/B testing sit?
On Scale, along with website visitor identification. See Optimisation for the whole testing and analytics layer.
