Switch to Landing: we move you over, you pay when it works
Sign now and our team does the switching, one tool a month, against success criteria you agree up front. Your bill starts the day we prove it's ready, not the day you start using it.
For any team moving off a tool it pays for · Plan your own switch first
of software switched off earns a month on us
Up to three months. The more you retire, the longer we work for free.
per month, with a sign-off at each stage
Criteria are written before we start: data moved, results matched, team trained.
until we prove it's ready
You grant us access; we do the heavy lifting. Billing starts at sign-off, not when your team starts using it.
How a switch runs.
Five steps, the same every time, and you sign off each one. Nobody on your team has to learn migration tooling or spend a weekend exporting CSVs.
Thirty minutes, and a price
On the demo we list the tools you'd switch off, what each costs you, and the order to move them. You leave with a switch plan and a price for the whole company.
Criteria written down
Before we touch anything, each stage gets written success criteria: which data must be in, which results must match, who must be trained. You approve them.
We move the first tool
You grant access and our team does the work, with our own importers where they exist. Your team keeps using the old tool until the new one is ready.
You check it against the criteria
Results side by side. When they match or beat what you had, you sign the stage off. If they don't, we keep going and you keep not paying.
Billing starts, the next tool starts
Onboarding is paid at the first sign-off, the free months you've earned cover your plan, and we move the next tool. One a month until the old stack is gone.
Work out your switch.
Add the tools you'd switch off and what they cost you a month. We'll lay out the plan, stage by stage.
Your switch plan
What comes across, and how.
For the tools people leave most, we built the importer. History, settings and the fiddly bits come with you, checked before anything goes live.
Flows and their templates arrive as draft playbooks with the triggers mapped, along with your product catalogue. Every live flow is checked and sending before sign-off.
Lists with merge fields and tags, suppressions kept so nobody who unsubscribed hears from you again, and past campaigns with their images re-hosted. Large audiences import in stages.
Projects and tests with variations, goals, audiences and locations, images re-hosted, with your Convert code running unchanged. Imported tests stay switched off until you set them live.
Spaces, lists and tasks with their statuses, subtasks, assignees, tags, custom fields, time tracked and comments, so the board your team opens on day one looks like the one they left.
People, leavers included, with positions, teams, leave policies and their custom fields, open requests and balances. Previewed before it's applied, so balances start right.
Your catalogue indexed, results matched on your top searches, then our recommendations rendered into Nosto's own slots on your theme. No rebuild, no empty shelves on switch day.
Posts and pages, custom post types included, with 301 redirects written so nothing you rank for goes missing.
Jobs, activities, time, companies and contacts kept in sync both ways, so you can move team by team without a hard cut-over.
Contacts, companies, deals and pipelines; tickets, macros and help articles; boards, time and leave balances. We move them as part of the stage, and the criteria say what "moved" means.
What it costs to get going.
No setup bill up front. You pay for onboarding once we've shown the first switch works, and the plan itself only once you've used up the months you earned.
Onboarding
One month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off. Never before.
Free months
Every £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month of your plan, up to three.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
Running their teams on Landing
The small print, in large print.
What do you need from us?
Admin access to the tools we're replacing, one person who can make decisions each week, and sign-off within ten working days of each stage being ready. If we're waiting on you, the clock keeps running.
What does “proven” mean?
Each stage has written criteria, agreed before we start. For site search, results match or beat what you had on your top 200 searches. For support, history is in and every macro works. For email, flows are live and the domain is delivering.
How does the data actually move?
For the tools people leave most, with our own importers, listed above. Everything else we move as part of the stage, and the criteria say what has to be in before you sign it off.
What if you're late?
Then you're still not paying. Billing starts on sign-off of the last stage you've earned, however long that takes us.
What about the old tools' contracts?
We plan the stages around your renewal dates, so you're not paying twice for longer than you have to. If a renewal falls after the switch, we'll say so up front.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans roll monthly. Yearly plans get two months free and lock your price for two years.
Who does the work, and who sees our data?
Our own team, through named accounts you can revoke the day the stage is signed off. Access in Landing is set by profile, so the people we add see only what the switch needs, and how we look after your data is written down.
