Project management and timesheets

Know the margin on every client, without building the spreadsheet.

Plan the work, deliver it, track every hour and bill it. Because timesheets carry each person's real cost, profit per client is a number you read, not one somebody rebuilds every month.

Running their teams on Landing

What it replaces.

The project tool, the time tracker and the invoicing spreadsheet. Replaced as one subscription on one record, so the hours and the money finally agree.

Plan, deliver, track and bill.

Projects, time and money in one place. Timesheets feed true hourly cost, and cost feeds margin, so nothing waits for the end of the quarter.

Projects and boards

Kanban, lists, Gantt with dependencies and milestones, and a portfolio view across projects. Templates for the work you repeat, and retainers that carry unused hours over up to a cap you set.

Core and up

Timesheets that fill themselves

Every night, each person's Outlook meetings become time against the right client, capped at the hours they owe, with anything they typed left alone. Review and locking set per person, team or company.

Core and up

Capacity and workloads

Contracted, scheduled and free hours per person and department, up to twelve weeks ahead, with leave and working patterns already taken into account.

Core and up

Invoices from the work

Bill from logged hours, milestones or a monthly retainer, from the same record the work lives on.

Core and up

Profit per client

Margin by client, project and person, costed at each person's real rate and updated as hours come in.

Growth and up

Workflows that run themselves

Playbooks move cards, chase approvals and brief the team when a deal is won, so nobody has to remember.

Growth and up

The parts that make the numbers true.

Project tools track tasks. These are the pieces that turn tasks and hours into a margin you can trust, most of which Monday, Asana and ClickUp don't have.

Retainers with capped rollover

Set monthly hours, close each month, and carry unused hours into the next up to the cap your policy allows. Time banks for clients who buy hours up front, and a utilisation report per retainer.

Estimates that become the project

Estimates built from role lines at locked rates, bundled into a statement of work. Once signed, they push into the project as role budgets, so the plan starts from what was sold.

Timesheets filled from Outlook

Nightly, per person, opt in. Overlapping meetings merged, the client worked out from attendees and rules it remembers, meetings with nobody else invited judged by AI, and edited rows left alone.

Review and locking your way

Per person, team or company: daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, reviewed or not, and when it locks. Locking is worked out rather than scheduled, so it can't quietly fail, and reports never wait for approval.

Cost from real salaries

Utilisation and margin on each person's real pay for the people allowed to see it, or on role rates for everyone else. Budget health shows what is over now apart from what is forecast to be.

Company Health

Revenue recognised on delivery rather than on invoice, forecast, utilisation against target, capacity by department and the projects at risk, on one screen.

Studio dashboards

Ask a question in plain English and get the chart. Save it to a dashboard and share a link that refreshes itself every day, in place of Looker Studio.

The office screen

Put who's away, this week's focus and time logged this week on the TV in the studio, updated live.

Switching paths

ClickUp spaces, lists, tasks, subtasks, comments and time imported, or Synergist kept in sync both ways while you move.

The work arrives already set up.

A deal won in Sales becomes scheduled work here without re-keying. People gives you the capacity picture behind the workload.

Which plan unlocks what.

Operations is in every plan. Anyone who only logs time and approves is a Member, and clients who follow their project are free.

Work out your price

Built for the questions IT, finance and your clients will ask.

Margin and salaries seen only by the right people, a portal your clients trust, and a record of who changed what. The controls a bigger company checks before it signs.

A client portal in your brand

Clients see their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables under your logo and colours, and everything public runs on your own domains.

Access profiles

Named permission sets for your team, your clients and your partners. A person can hold several, and every screen and every query respects them, so pay, margin and client data stay with the people allowed to see them.

Audit trails that stand up

Every signature carries the signer, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed. Till sales sit in a chained log that shows any edit. Access changes and sign-in events are logged, with a full audit log on Scale.

Sign-in you can enforce

Two-factor by authenticator app, SMS or email, with recovery codes and a company-wide switch that requires it of everyone. Single sign-on on Scale.

Several brands, one account

Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and chat assistant. Separate legal entities on Scale.

AI agents under your permissions

Claude and other assistants connect with "Sign in with Landing" and can only do what that person could do themselves. Read-only unless you say otherwise.

API, webhooks and exports

A documented public API for leads, bookings, chat, subscribers, tracking and embeds. Signed webhooks in, HTTP calls out from any playbook, and CSV and PDF exports from the screens that hold your data.

UK GDPR in practice

Consent kept word for word, one-click unsubscribe, a company-wide suppression list, retention rules on uploads, and a published list of sub-processors. Built in the UK by a UK company.

Questions delivery teams ask.

Anything else, ask us on the demo. We'll have your price worked out before you hang up.

Where does profit per client come from?

From timesheets. Each hour is costed at the person's real rate and set against what the client pays, so margin updates as the hours come in. It's part of Growth.

We run jobs in Synergist. Can we keep it?

Yes. Jobs, activities, time, companies and contacts sync both ways with Synergist, or run projects natively in Landing. Either way the hours, capacity and margin read off one set of numbers.

Do we have to fill timesheets in by hand?

Rarely. Each night, meetings in a person's Outlook calendar become time: overlapping meetings merged, the client worked out from who was invited, and the day capped at what they owe. Anything they typed themselves is never touched, and reminders go by email or text to anyone still short.

Can clients see how their project is going?

Yes, in their portal, with only what you choose to share. Clients are guests, and guests are free.

See the margin on your own clients.
