Running their teams on Landing
What it replaces.
The search tool, the recommendations engine, the subscriptions app and the till. Each one kept its own copy of your customers.
Site search and product recommendations.
Search, filters and merchandising.
Recurring orders and the customer portal.
Sales on the shop floor.
Products hired by the day or night.
From the search box to the till.
Every part of selling, on the same record as the marketing that brought the customer in and the support that looks after them.
Site search
Typo tolerance, filters, "did you mean" and phrases like "under £50" understood. Products tagged by colour, material and shape from their own photos, in a search box styled to your theme.
ScaleRecommendations
Six strategies, from trending and bought-together to "looks like this", in named slots on home, product and basket pages, with clicks and revenue reported per slot.
ScaleCheckout
Product pages, baskets and checkout for your products, courses and services, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna, and orders on the customer record.
Core and upSubscriptions
Recurring orders with a portal where shoppers manage them, and renewals your marketing flows can see.
Core and upRentals
Products hired by the day or night, with an availability calendar, deposits and a hire agreement signed at checkout.
Core and upPoint of sale
A till for the shop floor or a hospitality floor with tabs, with shifts, cash-ups, VAT and a tamper-evident record of every sale. In-store sales land on the same customer as online.
ScaleBuilt for merchandisers, and honest with the numbers.
The search and recommendations sit on the same record as your orders and your marketing, and they tell you exactly how they count the revenue they claim.
Products tagged from their photos
AI reads each product image for colour, material and shape, so "green linen" finds the green linen dress even when the title doesn't say it. "Looks like this" recommendations use the same tags.
Search revenue, honestly counted
Top searches, searches with no results, click-through and the revenue search led to, with the method used to attribute it shown beside the number. Synonyms suggested from what shoppers retype.
Taking over Nosto's slots
Recommendations render into the slots Nosto already occupies on your theme, so you switch vendors without a theme rebuild or a day of empty shelves.
Merchandising rules
Synonyms, redirects, boost and bury, and pinned products, on a schedule or for one audience: new visitors, returning ones, shoppers with a basket or a named segment.
Stock that keeps up
On Shopify, stock and price changes reach search within a second, and the whole catalogue reindexes without downtime.
Money routed through Stripe Connect
Sell on a client's behalf and the payment settles to their Stripe account, with your commission taken as a fee and reversed automatically on a refund. Partner payouts can go the same way.
A tamper-evident till
Every sale, refund and drawer event goes into a chained log that shows if anything was altered, built for UK electronic sales suppression rules. X and Z reads, drawer reconciliation, and tips kept out of turnover, with cash and card tips recorded separately.
Rentals done properly
An availability calendar, a hold while they pay, a booking deposit kept apart from a refundable security deposit, delivery, and a hire agreement signed at checkout.
Every order, where every team can see it.
A search, a purchase and a support chat are the same customer. Marketing segments on what they bought, and support answers with the order already open.
Which plan unlocks what.
Commerce is in every plan. Checkout, subscriptions and rentals start on Core. Site search, recommendations and point of sale come with Scale.

A till record that stands up to an inspection, brands and stores that stay separate, and permissions that keep the money with the people who manage it.
Audit trails that stand up
Every signature carries the signer, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed. Till sales sit in a chained log that shows any edit. Access changes and sign-in events are logged, with a full audit log on Scale.
Several brands, one account
Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and chat assistant. Separate legal entities on Scale.
Access profiles
Named permission sets for your team, your clients and your partners. A person can hold several, and every screen and every query respects them, so pay, margin and client data stay with the people allowed to see them.
Sign-in you can enforce
Two-factor by authenticator app, SMS or email, with recovery codes and a company-wide switch that requires it of everyone. Single sign-on on Scale.
A client portal in your brand
Clients see their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables under your logo and colours, and everything public runs on your own domains.
UK GDPR in practice
Consent kept word for word, one-click unsubscribe, a company-wide suppression list, retention rules on uploads, and a published list of sub-processors. Built in the UK by a UK company.
API, webhooks and exports
A documented public API for leads, bookings, chat, subscribers, tracking and embeds. Signed webhooks in, HTTP calls out from any playbook, and CSV and PDF exports from the screens that hold your data.
AI agents under your permissions
Claude and other assistants connect with "Sign in with Landing" and can only do what that person could do themselves. Read-only unless you say otherwise.

Questions retail teams ask.
Anything else, ask us on the demo. We'll have your price worked out before you hang up.
Do we have to move our store?
No. Site search and recommendations run on the store you already have, styled to match it. Checkout, subscriptions and rentals are there if you want to sell through Landing as well.
How does switching from Nosto work?
We index your catalogue, match Nosto's results, then render our recommendations into Nosto's own slots on your theme, so there's no rebuild and no gap on the day you switch. All against success criteria agreed up front. Billing starts when we prove it's ready. How switching works.
Do shoppers count as seats?
Never. Shoppers, like clients and partners, are guests, and guests are free.
Why is site search on Scale?
Search and recommendations are built for stores with real traffic and big catalogues, alongside point of sale and multiple brands. Checkout is in every plan from Core.
