You don't need a better CRM. You need to fix what's around it.

A new CRM doesn't remove a single handoff. Four minutes on why — and what we built instead.

The actual problem

Your CRM isn't wrong. It's just on its own.

Every tool in the chain holds its own copy of the same customer, and a person moves the information between them. That person is you, or somebody you pay. Every handoff is somewhere the numbers can quietly stop agreeing.

Step 1
A lead arrives
Your CRM knows who they are.
Step 2
They book a meeting
Different tool. Re-keyed.
Step 3
It becomes a deal
Back in the CRM.
Step 4
You send a quote
Different tool. Re-keyed.
Step 5
They buy
Different tool again.
Step 6
You invoice
Finance never heard about the deal.
Step 7
The work gets delivered
Somebody briefs the team by hand.
In Landing
All of the above
Same record. Nobody re-keys anything.
Why another CRM doesn't solve it

You might get nicer pipelines. You'll still be connecting everything around them.

Landing isn't another CRM that needs to talk to the rest of your stack. The CRM is part of the stack — one system, one database, one login, one continuous flow through the business. Instead of adding software as you grow, you remove it.

Why we'd know

We didn't build this as a software idea. We built it to run our own company.

Pivotal is a seven-figure digital agency in the UK, and it runs on Landing Platform every day — the leads, the deals, the quotes, the invoices, the delivery and the reporting. Now we're opening it to a very small group of businesses.

Landing starts with Sales Vanguard at £1,000/month — the complete revenue engine. Marketing, operations and people can be switched on later.

“All-in-one means mediocre at everything.”

Fair, and true of most of them. It's also why this isn't a bundle of small tools with one bill — it's one system with one data layer. That's a reasonable thing to be sceptical about, so judge it on the call rather than on the category.

“Migrating would be a nightmare.”

That's the real objection and we won't pretend otherwise. We've done it repeatedly and it is a project — but it's a project with an end date, which is more than you can say for maintaining the alternative.

You're looking for a new CRM, but I don't think you need a better CRM. I think you need to fix what happens around it.

Because here's what normally happens. A lead comes in. It goes into your CRM. Someone turns it into a deal. The deal closes. And then someone has to tell the rest of the business. They update the project management system. Then they update finance. Then they create the invoice. Then someone comes along and they update the forecast. They tell whoever has to deliver the work. And suddenly your shiny new CRM is surrounded by exactly the same mess you had before.

That's the problem we wanted to solve. I'm Tait. I run a seven-figure digital agency in the UK. And we built Landing Platform because we were sick of running our business across disconnected software. CRM. Projects. Invoicing. Marketing. Reporting. HR. Automation. All separate. All with different data. All supposedly connected.

So instead of building another integration, we built one system. One database. One login. One continuous flow through the business. A lead comes in, the CRM knows who they are. They book a meeting — the same record. They become a deal — same record. Then you send the quote — same system. They buy — same system. You invoice them — same system. And if you use the rest of Landing, the work you sold can become the work your team then delivers, without somebody copying the information from somewhere else.

That's the difference. Landing isn't another CRM that needs to talk to the rest of your stack. The CRM is part of the stack. And that's why I think changing from HubSpot to another standalone CRM can solve the wrong problem. You might get nicer pipelines. You might save some money. You might prefer the interface. But you're still left connecting everything around it.

So Landing works differently. You can start with Sales Vanguard, which is a thousand a month, and that gives you the complete revenue engine. You get leads, contacts, companies, deals, pipelines. You get a booking system just like Calendly. You get quotes, and you can do your invoicing. You can also process orders, have conversations, and you get sales reporting — all in one connected data layer.

Then, if you want to, you can connect marketing, which is another package. You can connect operations. You can connect people and HR. You've got growth. And instead of adding more software as you grow, you gradually remove it from your stack. That's the idea: start with the problem you already have, then expand when it makes sense.

We know this works because we didn't build Landing Platform as a software idea. We built it to run our own company, and our agency runs on it every day. And now we're opening to a very small group of businesses.

So if you're currently comparing HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM, don't make the decision yet. Just give us 30 minutes. Show us what you're using now. Show us what's frustrating you. And we'll show you what the same workflow looks like inside of Landing. And if it's not better, I'll tell you. But if you've been thinking of the CRM as the problem, you might discover it's actually everything else around it.

So click below, book the call, and let's find out.
