Landing Platform vs DocuSign

Proposals and sign-off built into the business that runs on them.

DocuSign signs the document, then hands it back. Landing Platform turns a sent proposal into an accepted deal, an order and an invoice — without a separate per-seat e-signature subscription bolted onto your CRM.

Sound familiar?

You bought DocuSign to simplify. Then the stack crept back.

You pay per seat for DocuSign, then pay again to wire it into your CRM and billing — and it still lives in its own silo.

Standard plans cap you at 100 envelopes per user/year; go over and you're hit with per-envelope overage fees.

A signed proposal should become a deal and an invoice automatically. Instead someone re-keys it into three tools.

Half your business vs all of it

DocuSign is great at its slice. Landing Platform is the one place your whole operation lives.

DocuSign

Signs the doc. Then hands it back.

  • E-signature & agreement-management specialist; the category leader
  • Per user: $10 / $25 / $40 per user/mo (annual)
  • Standard & Business Pro capped at 100 envelopes/user/year; overage fees apply
  • Court-admissible Certificate of Completion (ESIGN/UETA, eIDAS)
  • AI agreement workflows (IAM) on higher/custom tiers
  • No CRM, projects, commerce or billing — you integrate it
Landing Platform

Proposals → deals → invoices.

  • One business OS: CRM, proposals & document templates, commerce, invoicing, marketing, projects
  • Documents & proposals with sign-off + acceptance tracking (IP + timestamp) built in
  • An accepted proposal flows straight into a deal, an order and an invoice
  • Flat from £1,000/mo, unlimited seats, no per-user fee, AI included
  • No envelope limits, no per-document overage
  • Replaces the stack — not e-sign plus the cost of connecting it to CRM & billing

"But we already use DocuSign…"

"Isn't DocuSign the gold standard for e-signatures?"

It is — and we're honest about that. For heavily regulated, legally-certified e-signature (court-admissible audit certificates, advanced authentication, eIDAS), DocuSign is the specialist and the safer choice. Our documents and proposals carry sign-off and acceptance tracking with IP and timestamp — what most businesses need to get a proposal accepted — but it isn't DocuSign-grade certified e-sign, and we won't pretend it is. If your workflows demand that, keep DocuSign for those and run everything else here.

"We already pay for DocuSign. Why change?"

For certified signing, keep it. The question is what the rest of your business does with a signed document. With DocuSign it lands back in your inbox and someone re-keys it into your CRM, orders and invoicing. With us an accepted proposal becomes the deal, the order and the invoice automatically, because they're the same system.

"Won't an all-in-one be weaker at e-signature than a dedicated tool?"

On certified e-signature depth, yes — DocuSign wins, and we concede it. But that's one feature. The trade most teams make is: pay per user for a single-purpose tool and wire it into CRM and billing, or have proposals, sign-off, CRM, commerce and invoicing already connected for one flat fee. We win on the whole workflow — proposal to signed to deal to invoice — not on being a better pen.

"We were running our PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now it's all in one place: one login, one source of truth — we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen, and watch it all work together."
