Free sales commission calculator — questions
Each rep's attainment (actual sales ÷ quota) is looked up against a rate table: 0% attainment pays 2%, 50% pays 4%, 80% pays 6% and 100% pays 8%. Sales up to quota pay the band rate; anything above quota also earns a 10% accelerator on the excess. All of it is a normal, visible formula — nothing hidden.
