Landing Platform vs Workamajig: agency ERP without the ERP
Workamajig is built to run an agency's jobs and books. Landing runs the jobs, the hours and the margin too, and then the rest of the company: CRM, email marketing, landing pages, a helpdesk, HR and a client portal. Finished products, set up with you, one tool a month.

Landing suits you if
- You want job, time and margin tracking live in weeks, not a quarter
- You want marketing, sales and support on the same record as the work
- You'd rather pay full price only for the people who work in it every day
Where the ERP gets heavy.
Workamajig covers a lot of ground. Getting there, and paying for it, is the hard part.
Months before it pays back
Workamajig puts traditional implementation at two to three months on its own pricing page. That is a quarter of timesheets, estimates and invoices still running the old way.
Every user at the same rate
Listed pricing is per user, for teams of ten or more. The person who only logs time costs the same as the traffic manager who lives in it.
The front of the business sits outside
Its listed modules run jobs, time, resourcing, accounts and a sales CRM. Email campaigns, landing pages, live chat and a help centre are still separate subscriptions.
Landing Platform vs Workamajig, line by line.
On jobs, time and money Landing does the everyday work, with timesheets that fill themselves. Then it carries on into the tools Workamajig leaves to someone else.

What it costs, side by side.
Workamajig charges every user the same rate, from ten users up. Landing charges full price only for the people who run the work, and far less for everyone who only logs time and approves.

Workamajig, as it lists it
How Workamajig is sold, as its pricing page describes it.
And still to buy separately: an email tool, a page builder, live chat, a help centre and an HR app.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes projects, Gantt, timesheets, capacity, estimates, invoicing, profit per client, CRM, email, pages, helpdesk, HR and a client portal.
Work out your own priceExample team: six people who run accounts, traffic, sales and marketing every day, fourteen who pick up tasks, log time and approve. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Workamajig setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move Workamajig across
We move your clients, contacts, open jobs, estimates and time history as part of the switch, and set up your rates, retainers and workflow stages. We check every live job matches before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Workamajig.
Fair. Here are the questions agencies and in-house teams ask us most when they weigh it up.
Does Landing handle estimates, timesheets and invoicing the way an agency needs?
Yes. Estimates are built from role lines at locked rates and bundled into a statement of work the client signs in the browser. Once signed, they become the project's budgets. Hours are logged by timer, on a week grid or filled overnight from Outlook, and invoices are raised from hours, milestones or a monthly retainer.
How long does it take to move?
We move one tool a month, starting with the one that costs you most. Billing for each only starts once we have shown it works against the criteria you set, so there is no quarter spent paying for two systems.
Can we see margin by client, not just by job?
Yes. Every hour is costed at the person's real rate and set against what the client pays, so margin by client, project and person updates as the hours come in. It's part of Growth.
Do people who only log time need a full seat?
No. People who log time, pick up tasks and approve are Members, from £4 a month. Clients in the portal are free.
Where is the margin going?
Run your clients through the free client margin calculator and see which ones pay for the rest.
“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
