Landing Platform vs Synergist: switch at your own pace

Keep Synergist running while you move. Switch it off when you're ready.

Synergist is a proper agency management system. Landing syncs with it both ways: jobs, activities, timesheets, clients and contacts stay in step while your team moves across. Then you add the CRM, email, pages, helpdesk and HR Synergist was never meant to be, and switch it off on your timetable.

Landing suits you if

  • You want to move off Synergist without a big-bang cutover
  • You want marketing, service and HR on the same record as your jobs
  • You want timesheets that fill themselves from Outlook overnight

Why a move feels risky.

Nobody wants to stop billing for a month while the jobs system changes.

A year at a time

Synergist lists a 12-month initial commitment and three months' notice to cancel, so any move has to be planned around a contract date.

Jobs in one place, growth in another

Campaigns, landing pages, live chat and a help centre live in other tools, and the leads they win are re-keyed into jobs by hand.

Cutover is the scary part

Moving jobs, time and clients in one weekend risks the invoices. You shouldn't have to pick a weekend.

Landing Platform vs Synergist, line by line.

Landing and Synergist share the delivery core, and the sync keeps them agreeing while you move. Everything past delivery is what Landing adds.

What it costs, side by side.

Synergist charges a base platform fee, a price per full user and a lower one per timesheet user, above a monthly minimum for each tier. Landing works the same way round: full price for Builders, a small one for Members, and clients free.

Work out your own price

Example team: six people who run accounts, traffic and new business every day, eighteen who log time, pick up tasks and approve. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Run both, then switch one off.

The sync is the migration. Your team moves across in stages while Synergist keeps billing, and you only pay once each stage is proven.

Step 1

We connect the sync

We link Landing to your Synergist account, map employees and charge codes, and import the clients and contacts you choose, with a preview before anything is applied.

Step 2

Your team works in Landing

Import live jobs as boards that mirror Synergist's stages. Cards sync to activities both ways, and time logged in Landing exports back to Synergist, so its invoices and reports keep working.

Step 3

You switch Synergist off

When every job, timesheet and invoice runs in Landing against the criteria you set, you stop the sync and give notice on your timetable. Billing on our side started only when it was proven.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already run on Synergist.

Fair. Here are the questions Synergist users ask us most.

What exactly syncs between Landing and Synergist?

Jobs import as boards whose columns mirror Synergist's workflow stages. Cards and activities sync both ways, checklist items become Synergist tasks, and timesheets import or export in either direction. Clients import as companies with their contacts, and you can push a company, contact or deal into Synergist. Every sync is logged, and conflicts get a screen to resolve them.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. That is the point of the sync. Move one team or one set of jobs first, keep Synergist as the system of record for invoicing while you do, and widen it as each part is signed off.

Can we keep Synergist for good?

Yes, if you prefer. Jobs, activities, time, companies and contacts keep syncing both ways, and you add Landing's CRM, email, pages, helpdesk and HR on top. Most teams switch it off once they see the hours, capacity and margin reading off one set of numbers.

What about our contract dates?

Your Synergist contract carries its own notice period. We plan the move around it, and every £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month on Landing, up to three.

Is there room for the next job?

The free capacity calculator gives a yes, tight or no against the hours your team actually has.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
