Landing Platform vs Smartsheet: real products, not sheets

Stop building your business out of spreadsheets.

Smartsheet is a powerful grid for managing work. Landing gives you the systems teams end up building in grids, a CRM, timesheets, HR, a helpdesk, invoicing and email marketing, as finished products on one record.

Landing suits you if

  • You have a CRM, a leave tracker or a ticket log built in sheets
  • You want finished products that someone else maintains
  • You want projects, people and money on one record

Where the sheets start to strain.

A grid can model almost anything. Someone has to build it, and keep it working.

Systems built by hand

Your pipeline, leave tracker and request log are sheets someone designed, and they break when that person leaves.

More power, more add-ons

Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Resource Management and Control Center are sold on top of the plan.

Rows, not records

A contact in one sheet and an invoice in another are two rows, joined by whoever keeps the lookups right.

Landing Platform vs Smartsheet, line by line.

On projects and timelines Landing stands level. Everything you would otherwise build in a sheet comes finished.

What it costs, side by side.

Smartsheet charges per member, per month, with add-ons for its advanced tools. Landing charges full price only for the people who work in it every day.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us how you use Smartsheet and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Smartsheet across

We move your project sheets, and the pipeline, leave or request sheets you built, into the products they were standing in for, as part of the switch. Contacts and subscribers can come straight from CSV. We check every live project before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we can build anything in Smartsheet.

You can. Here is what teams ask when they are tired of maintaining it.

What happens to the systems we built in sheets?

They become the real thing: your pipeline sheet becomes a CRM, your leave sheet becomes HR with balances and bank holidays, and your request log becomes a helpdesk.

Does Landing have Gantt and dependencies?

Yes. Gantt with dependencies and milestones, boards, lists, a portfolio view across projects and templates for the work you repeat.

Do we need add-ons for resourcing?

No. Capacity and workloads are in every plan: contracted, scheduled and free hours per person, up to twelve weeks ahead, with leave already counted.

Do people who only update tasks need a full seat?

No. People who get tasks, log time and approve are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
