Landing Platform vs Scoro: agency software plus marketing

Quote to cash is half the business. Here is the other half.

Scoro joins quotes, projects, time and invoicing for services businesses. Landing does that too, and runs the marketing that fills the pipeline, the HR behind the team, the helpdesk and the client portal.

Landing suits you if

  • You want quote to cash and the marketing that feeds it in one login
  • You want HR, leave and capacity on the same record as the work
  • You want to stop assembling your plan from apps

All-in-one, until marketing asks.

Scoro covers the work and the money. The rest of the company still needs its own tools.

Marketing sits outside

Email campaigns, landing pages and forms live in another tool, so the leads arrive by integration.

A plan built app by app

You pick apps into a plan, and the full set costs several times the entry price per user.

People data elsewhere

Leave, records and reviews sit in an HR app, so capacity is only as good as the last sync.

Landing Platform vs Scoro, line by line.

Landing stands level on the quote-to-cash work, then covers the teams Scoro doesn't.

What it costs, side by side.

Scoro charges per user, per month, by the combination of apps you choose, with a five-user minimum. Landing charges full price only for the people who work in it every day.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us how you use Scoro and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Scoro across

We move your contacts, companies, projects, tasks, time and open quotes across as part of the switch, and reconcile hours and invoices with you before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Scoro is already all-in-one.

For the work and the money, it is close. Here is what teams ask about the rest.

What does Landing add that Scoro doesn't cover?

Email campaigns and flows, forms, landing pages and sites, HR with leave and a shift rota, a helpdesk with live chat, commerce and checkout. All on the same record as the projects and invoices.

Can quotes turn into projects?

Yes. Estimates built from role lines at locked rates are bundled into a statement of work. Once it is signed in the browser, it pushes into the project as role budgets.

How does Landing know our margin?

Every hour is costed at the person's real rate and set against what the client pays. Profit per client, project and person is part of Growth.

Do we have to pick apps into a plan?

No. Every plan includes every product. Plans differ by depth, such as AI and playbooks on Growth, not by which teams you are allowed to run.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
