Landing Platform vs Fireflies.ai: notes joined to deals and time

Your meetings already say what happened. Let them update the business.

Fireflies records, transcribes and summarises your meetings, and passes them on through app and CRM integrations. On Landing the same call is filed on the client and the deal, its action items become project cards, and the meeting becomes time against the right client in the next morning's timesheet.

Landing suits you if

  • You want calls filed on the deal and the project, not in a notes library
  • You want meetings to fill timesheets without anyone typing
  • You want one system for the CRM, projects and time

Where the meeting stops paying off.

The transcript is done. The admin around it isn't.

Every teammate is a seat

Fireflies charges per seat, and anyone added to the workspace counts as one.

Integrations on premium tiers

App and CRM integrations sit on the premium tiers, so filing notes where clients live costs more.

Meetings that never become hours

The call is transcribed, but the time it took still has to be typed into a separate timesheet.

Landing Platform vs Fireflies.ai, line by line.

Landing's notetaker joins the call, then the notes, the actions and the hours all land where the work is run.

What it costs, side by side.

Fireflies charges per seat for meeting notes. On Landing the same seats carry the notetaker, the CRM, the projects and the timesheets the meeting feeds.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Fireflies setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move you off Fireflies

Your clients and contacts move into the CRM as part of the switch, the notetaker starts joining your Teams and Meet calls, and timesheets start filling from Outlook. We check both before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Fireflies.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

How does a meeting end up on a timesheet?

Each night, the meetings in a person's Outlook calendar become time: overlapping meetings are merged, the client is worked out from who was invited, and the day is capped at what they owe. Anything they typed themselves is never touched.

What does Landing do with a call once it's recorded?

It writes a summary and key points, pulls out action items with owners, and matches each speaker to your team or contacts by email. The call is filed against the right client, and action items can become project cards.

Which calls does the notetaker join?

Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls. It can also record meetings in person from a phone, or take an uploaded recording.

Do people who just join calls and log time need a full seat?

No. They're Members, from £4 a month. Clients on the call are Guests, and Guests are free.

Still logging hours by hand?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
