Landing Platform vs Outreach: sequences inside your CRM

Sequences work best when they live in the same place as the customer.

Outreach is a sales execution platform priced per user plus AI credits, run alongside the CRM you already pay for. Landing puts sequences inside the CRM itself, next to marketing, booking, quotes, e-signature, projects and invoicing, under one contract.

Landing suits you if

  • You want outbound, CRM and marketing on one record, not three
  • You would rather see the whole price than request one
  • You want replies, bookings and signatures to move the deal on their own

Where the extra layer costs you.

A sales engagement tool sits on top of the CRM. So does its bill.

Two systems to keep in step

Sequences run in one tool and the customer record lives in another, so activity has to sync across before anyone can trust it.

Seats plus credits

Pricing combines per-user seats with AI credits consumed per action, and the figures come by request.

Marketing on a different list

Your marketing team emails the same people from a third tool, with its own list, its own suppressions and its own reports.

Landing Platform vs Outreach, line by line.

Landing puts outbound in the same place as the pipeline, the marketing and the work that follows. Here is how that lines up.

What it costs, side by side.

Outreach combines per-user pricing with AI credits and quotes each team on request. Landing publishes its prices, charges full price only for the people who work in it every day, and includes the CRM the sequences run from.

One contract where there were two.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us Outreach, the CRM beside it and the tools around both. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means, before you commit.

Step 2

We move the pipeline and the outbound

We move your contacts, accounts, deals and history as part of the switch, then rebuild your live sequences against the same records.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.

But Outreach is our outbound engine.

Understood. These are the questions outbound teams ask us first.

How do Landing's sequences send?

From each rep's own Microsoft 365 mailbox, in the prospect's business hours. Each email is researched and written for that prospect, replies are detected and the sequence stops by itself.

Where does the prospect data come from?

A built-in directory lets reps search people and companies, reveal phone numbers and fill in missing details, and Companies House checks cover officers, owners and filed accounts for any UK company.

Do marketing and sales share one suppression list?

Yes. An opt-out is recorded once and honoured across every list and every sequence, because marketing and outbound work from the same contact record.

Can we see the price before a call?

Yes. Every price is published, and the calculator gives you a number for your own team in a minute.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
