Landing Platform vs WaiverForever: waivers in your whole CRM

The waiver is the start of the customer, so keep them in one place.

WaiverForever turns paper waivers into digital ones, with a CRM for the people who sign. Landing does the signing with evidence you can verify, then gives that customer a full record: bookings, orders, emails, campaigns and checkout, run by the same system as your rota and invoices.

Landing suits you if

  • You want waivers, bookings and marketing to share one customer record
  • You'd rather not pay a usage fee on top of the plan for each waiver
  • You want every signature checkable by anyone who needs to see it

Where the costs and the copies add up.

A plan fee, then usage, then the tools it connects to.

A plan plus usage

Every plan adds a usage charge once you pass 50 submissions a month, priced per signed waiver.

Connected, not joined

Your booking tool and mailing list connect through integrations, and each keeps its own copy of the customer.

A waiver-only record

The customer record is built around the waivers they signed, not the bookings, orders and emails that follow.

Landing Platform vs WaiverForever, line by line.

Landing signs the waiver with evidence you can verify, then keeps the customer's whole history with it.

What it costs, side by side.

WaiverForever charges a plan fee and a usage fee for signed waivers. Landing charges for the people who run the business every day; customers who sign pay nothing.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who run bookings and marketing every day, eight on shifts who check customers in. Landing prices are in pounds; WaiverForever lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your WaiverForever setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your waivers across

Your waiver wording becomes a signature form and your signers come across as customers as part of the switch. We test a full sign and verify run on a real device before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But WaiverForever already has a CRM.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

How is Landing's CRM different from a waiver CRM?

It holds the whole customer, not just their waivers. Each signed waiver sits on the record beside their bookings, orders, emails and support tickets, and you can segment and email them from the same place.

Is each signature really tamper-evident?

Yes. Every signature is written once and chained to the one before it. The chain check tells an edited record from a replaced or a deleted one, and a changed waiver text shows up too.

Do we pay more in our busy season?

No. There's no charge per signed waiver. Landing is priced by the people who work in it and the size of your mailing list, so a busy summer doesn't change the bill.

Do the people signing need an account?

No. Customers sign on a form in your brand, on their phone or yours. They are Guests, and Guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
