Landing Platform vs Aircall: instant callback on every enquiry

Every enquiry, called back before they have closed the tab.

Aircall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams, licensed per user with add-ons for AI and extra numbers. Landing makes the call happen: when a form comes in, it rings your own line and bridges the lead the moment someone answers, then files everything on one customer record.

Landing suits you if

  • You want web leads called in seconds, whoever happens to be at their desk
  • You want the call, the deal and the follow-up on the same record
  • You would rather not add another per-licence tool to the stack

Where a phone system still waits for you.

A great phone system handles the call. Someone still has to start it.

The form waits in an inbox

A phone system rings when someone calls. A web enquiry still waits for a person to see it and dial.

A licence floor

Plans start at three licences, with AI, extra numbers and analytics sold as add-ons per seat or per minute.

Calls beside the record

The call log sits in the phone tool and has to sync into a CRM you pay for separately.

Landing Platform vs Aircall, line by line.

Landing starts the call from the enquiry and keeps the whole customer on one record. Here is how that lines up.

What it costs, side by side.

Aircall charges per licence with a minimum of three, then adds AI, numbers and analytics on top. Landing charges full price only for the people who work in it every day, and SMS and AI come from one shared credit pool.

Faster callbacks from the first week.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your phone setup, your forms and the CRM they feed. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means, before you commit.

Step 2

We connect your line

We point the callback at your business line, verify each brand's caller ID and switch it on for the forms that matter most. Your contacts and history move as part of the switch.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we just set up Aircall.

Fair. Here is what sales and support teams ask us about calls.

Does the callback need a new phone number?

No. It rings the line you already have, or each brand's own number, and shows your brand's verified number to the lead, not ours.

What does the person answering hear?

A short greeting that tells them a new website enquiry is coming through. Then the lead is dialled and the two of you are connected. The lead's phone only rings once a person is already on the line.

Will it call people who opted out?

No. Opt-outs always win, consent is required wherever the form asked for it, each enquiry is called once, and a daily cap stops runaway costs.

What if the enquiry arrives at midnight?

Each form can follow its brand's opening hours, so a callback is held back when nobody is there to answer.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
