Landing Platform vs Better Proposals: sign, then deliver

The proposal is the start of the job, not the end of the tool.

Better Proposals gets a proposal out quickly and signed. Landing does that too, then keeps going: the signature wins the deal, sets up the project with its budgets, requests the deposit and starts the invoicing, with the whole client history in the same place.

Landing suits you if

  • You want proposals, delivery and invoicing to share one client record
  • You're tired of counting sends against a monthly limit
  • You want follow-ups that come from your own mailbox, not a bolt-on

Where the hand-off happens.

Getting it signed is half the job. Better Proposals stops there.

Monthly send limits

Starter allows 10 sends a month and Premium 50. Unlimited sends sit on the top plan.

Follow-up is extra

Nudge, the follow-up feature, is an add-on at £8 per user a month, on top of the plan.

Then a second system

Once it's signed, the project, the budget and the invoice still get set up by hand in other tools.

Level on the proposal and the signature. Ahead on everything that has to happen after it.

What it costs, side by side.

Better Proposals charges per user and caps how many documents you send a month on its lower plans. Landing has no send cap, and the clients who sign are free.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who write proposals and run accounts every day, six who deliver the work and log time. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Better Proposals setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your proposals across

Your templates, content library and past proposals come across as part of the switch. We rebuild your pricing tables as estimates on your rate card and test a full send and sign before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Better Proposals does the job.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Does Landing limit how many proposals we send?

No. There's no send cap and no per-document charge. Send as many proposals, statements of work and contracts as the work needs.

Can we take payment on a signed proposal?

Yes. When a statement of work is signed, the deposit is requested through Stripe there and then, and retainer invoices go out monthly in advance. It all lands on the same client record.

How do follow-ups work without an add-on?

You see what the client read and for how long. On Growth, sequences are written for each prospect and sent from the rep's own Microsoft 365 mailbox, and they stop when the client replies.

Do people who only deliver the work need a full seat?

No. People who pick up tasks and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients are Guests, and Guests are free.

Scoping a new piece of work?

Use the free statement of work generator to set out scope, deliverables and fees.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
