Landing Platform vs Chorus: call notes without a data contract
Chorus is ZoomInfo's conversation intelligence product, sold as part of ZoomInfo's wider platform, with pricing through a demo. Landing records Teams and Google Meet calls and files them on the deal, and puts the CRM, a prospect directory and Companies House checks on one bill.

Landing suits you if
- You want call summaries on the deal without buying a data platform
- You want prospect data and company checks inside the CRM you sell from
- You want one bill for the CRM, the calls and the follow-up
Where conversation intelligence gets complicated.
The notes are useful. How they're bought is the hard part.
Bought through ZoomInfo
Chorus is sold as part of ZoomInfo's platform, and the price comes from a demo, not a price list.
Beside the CRM, not in it
Chorus syncs conversations into a CRM you run separately, so there are two systems to pay for and keep in step.
After the call, other tools
Proposals, signatures, projects and invoices all happen somewhere else once the call is over.
Landing Platform vs Chorus, line by line.
Landing records the call, knows who the company is, and keeps everything after it on the same record.

What it costs, side by side.
Chorus is priced through ZoomInfo's sales team. Landing's price is on the page: per person who works in it, with clients free.

And still to buy separately: the CRM it syncs into, proposals and e-signature, projects and invoicing.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes the notetaker, CRM and pipelines, the prospect directory, Companies House checks, sequences, quotes, e-signature, invoices and projects.
Work out your own priceExample team: twelve people who prospect and sell every day, eight who join calls, pick up actions and keep records. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Chorus setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move you off Chorus
Contacts, companies and deals move into Landing as part of the switch, and the notetaker starts joining your Teams and Meet calls. We check calls are landing on the right deals before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Chorus.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Does Landing include contact data as well as call notes?
Yes. The directory is built in: search people and companies, reveal phone numbers and fill in missing details on a contact, with lookups drawn from the shared credit pool. For UK companies, Companies House checks show officers, owners, insolvency and filed accounts on every company.
What happens to a call after Landing records it?
It gets an executive summary, key points and action items with owners. Speakers are matched to your team and contacts by email, the call is filed on the right client, and action items can become project cards.
Which calls can Landing record?
Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls, meetings in person from a phone, and uploaded recordings. They all land on the record in the same way.
Do we have to leave ZoomInfo to use Landing?
No. Landing doesn't depend on it. The notetaker, the CRM and the directory are included in the price, and you decide what else to keep.
