Landing Platform vs Cognism: UK prospecting inside your CRM
Cognism sells B2B contact data to feed your CRM. Landing is the CRM, with a prospect directory built in, Companies House checks on every UK company, and the consent and suppression controls UK GDPR asks for. Built in the UK by a UK company, and the data lands on the record where you'll sell from.

Landing suits you if
- You sell mainly to UK businesses and want Companies House checks on each one
- You want lookups inside the CRM, not a separate data seat
- You want consent, unsubscribes and suppression handled in the same system
Where the data stops and the work starts.
A data platform, a CRM, and the job of keeping them joined.
Quoted by package
Pricing is tailored to the product, team setup and usage, with seats and credit allocations on each package.
Data beside the CRM
Revealed contacts still have to reach your CRM through an integration or an export.
Compliance in two places
Consent and unsubscribes live in your CRM and email tools, not with the data you prospect from.
Landing Platform vs Cognism, line by line.
Landing puts the lookups, the UK company checks and the compliance controls on the same record you sell from.

What it costs, side by side.
Cognism tailors each quote to the product, the team and the usage. Landing is priced per seat, and lookups come from the credit pool those seats fill.

Cognism, as it lists it
How Cognism sells its plans, as its site describes them, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: the CRM, sequences, meeting notes and proposals the contacts are for.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes the prospect directory, Companies House checks, CRM and deals, sequences from your own mailbox, meeting notes, proposals, e-signature and invoicing.
Work out your own priceExample team: six people who prospect and sell every day, four who support accounts and approve. Directory lookups, AI and SMS use credits from a shared pool each Builder adds to, and you can top it up.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Cognism setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move your data across
Your saved contacts, companies and lists come across as part of the switch, with consent and suppression carried onto each record. We check your pipeline and sequences before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Cognism is built for UK and European data.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Does Landing help us check UK companies before we pitch?
Yes. Companies House checks cover officers, beneficial owners, insolvency and filed accounts for any UK company, and each one is scored against your ideal customer before you send the quote. That's in Core.
How do we keep outreach within UK GDPR?
Consent is kept word for word, every email carries one-click unsubscribe, and a company-wide suppression list stops a channel for that person across every list. We publish our sub-processors, and Landing is built in the UK.
How does a lookup reach our pipeline?
Directly. Revealing a contact uses one credit and adds them to the CRM on the right company, ready for a deal and a sequence. There's no export and no sync to maintain.
Do people who don't prospect need a full seat?
No. People who support accounts, pick up tasks and approve are Members, from £6 a month on Growth. Clients are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
