Landing Platform vs Dropbox Sign: no separate signing bill

E-signature that comes with the business, not on another invoice.

Dropbox Sign does one job cleanly: getting a document signed. Landing includes signing with the CRM, the documents, the projects and the invoicing it belongs to, so there's no separate per-user signing plan to keep paying.

Landing suits you if

  • You want signing included, not bought per user
  • You want the signed document on the client's record, not in a shared drive
  • You want proposals priced from your rates, then signed, then invoiced

Where the signing bill sits.

One more subscription, for one step in the job.

Another per-user plan

Standard is billed per user, and teams above five are sent to sales.

Templates by the plan

Standard includes 15 templates; unlimited templates sit on the quoted Premium plan.

Signed, then filed

The document is signed, then someone still updates the CRM and raises the invoice.

Landing Platform vs Dropbox Sign, line by line.

Level on getting documents signed. Ahead on what happens before and after the signature.

What it costs, side by side.

Dropbox Sign charges per user for signing on its own. On Landing, signing is part of the platform your team already pays for, and the clients who sign are free.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who write proposals and contracts every day, five who deliver the work and log time. Landing prices are in pounds; Dropbox Sign lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Dropbox Sign setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your templates across

Your templates, signing roles and signed-document history come across as part of the switch. We run a full send-to-sign test on your real documents before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Dropbox Sign is simple.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Is signing on Landing as easy for clients?

Yes. The client opens an email link, reads, consents and signs in the browser, drawn or typed. Signers can go in order or all at once, and whoever hasn't signed gets a reminder.

What proof do we keep of each signature?

A certificate on the PDF with every signer, timestamp and IP address, the audit trail and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the content. Anyone can check a signed document on a public verification page.

Is it really included, with no signing plan?

Yes. Documents and e-signature are in Core, with no per-document limit. You pay for the people who work in Landing every day, and the people signing are Guests, who are free.

What else would we stop paying for?

Usually the proposal tool, the CRM and the invoicing tool that sit around the signature. A signed statement of work wins the deal, opens the project and requests the deposit in the same system.

Sending a proposal first?

Start from the free proposal template, then send it for signature.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
