Landing Platform vs Dynamics 365 Sales: CRM without the stack
Dynamics 365 Sales is a serious CRM, sold per user and extended with more Dynamics apps for marketing, service and projects. Landing gives you the CRM and those other teams in one system, set up with you, and it still works where your people already are: Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365.

Landing suits you if
- You want sales, marketing, service and delivery in one record, not one app per team
- You live in Microsoft 365 and want the CRM to use your mailbox, calendar and Teams calls
- You would rather run the system than fund a build to configure it
Where the Dynamics bill grows.
The CRM licence is the first line of the invoice, not the last.
An app for every team
Marketing, customer service and project delivery are separate Dynamics 365 products, each licensed on its own, so every team you add is another subscription.
Configured, not finished
Most of the value arrives through customisation, which often means a Microsoft partner and a project before your team closes a deal in it.
AI by the credit
Copilot runs on credits: included on Sales Premium, and bought up front or pay-as-you-go as use grows on the rest.

What it costs, side by side.
Dynamics 365 Sales is licensed per user, per month, paid yearly, and every other team needs its own Dynamics app. Landing charges full price only for the people who work in it every day, and every product is in the plan.

Leaving Dynamics without a second project.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Dynamics setup, the custom fields that matter and the apps around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means, before you commit.
We move the data
We move your accounts, contacts, opportunities and history as part of the switch, and rebuild the pipeline stages your team actually uses. Your mailboxes and Teams stay as they are.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we are a Microsoft business.
So are most of the teams who ask us. Here is what they want to know.
Does Landing work with Outlook and Teams?
Yes. Sequences and one-off emails go from each person's own Microsoft 365 mailbox and are logged without BCC tricks. The notetaker joins Teams calls and files the summary on the deal, and timesheets fill overnight from each person's Outlook calendar.
Can Landing handle a sales team of our size?
Yes. Several pipelines, forecasts, access profiles that keep pricing and margin with the right people, and on Scale, single sign-on, a full audit log and separate legal entities.
We customised Dynamics heavily. What happens to that?
We map it with you first. Custom fields, sources and pipeline stages come across, and the things you built to fill gaps, such as project handover or invoicing from a signed deal, are already part of Landing.
Does everyone need a full seat?
No. Only the people who build in it every day are Builders. People who pick up tasks, log time and approve are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free, and everyone works in the same record.
