Landing Platform vs PandaDoc: proposals priced, signed, billed

The proposal is signed. The project, deposit and invoice are too.

PandaDoc builds, sends and e-signs documents, and connects to your CRM and payments. On Landing the proposal is priced from your own estimates and rate card, the client picks between options on the signing page, and signing wins the deal, creates the project with its budget and requests the deposit.

Landing suits you if

  • You want proposal prices pulled from real estimates, not retyped
  • You want clients to choose between options as they sign
  • You want a signature to start the project and the invoicing

Where the paperwork piles back up.

Sending a smart document is easy. What happens after signing isn't.

Per seat, per tier

PandaDoc prices per seat, with more on the higher tiers and Enterprise on a quote.

Two copies of the client

The client lives in your CRM and again in the document tool, kept in step by an integration.

Signed, then re-keyed

After the signature, someone sets up the project and the invoice by hand in other tools.

Landing Platform vs PandaDoc, line by line.

Landing matches the documents and the signature, and carries on after it: deal, project, deposit and invoice.

What it costs, side by side.

PandaDoc charges per seat for documents. On Landing the same seats carry the proposal, the CRM and the project it becomes, and the people who sign pay nothing.

Work out your own price

Example team: five people who sell and write proposals every day, five who deliver the work and log time. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your PandaDoc setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move PandaDoc across

Your templates and content library are rebuilt as Landing documents, and Word templates import directly. Your prices become estimates at locked rates. We send a test proposal end to end before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use PandaDoc.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Can we bring our existing templates?

Yes. Word documents import directly, and we rebuild the rest with you as part of the switch: section library, pricing tables and all. AI templates can draft a new one from a brief.

Will the e-signature hold up?

It's built for ordinary commercial contracts. Each signer is identified by their email link and consents explicitly, and the certificate on the PDF records who signed, when, from which address, and a fingerprint of exactly what they signed. Anyone can check a signed document on a public verification page.

What happens the moment a client signs?

The deal is marked won, the project is created with its role budgets locked, the deposit is requested through Stripe, and retainer invoices start going out monthly in advance. Prices are frozen at the moment they sign.

Do clients need an account to sign?

No. Anyone outside your company is a Guest, and Guests are free, whether they read, sign or pay.
