Landing Platform vs Smartwaiver: waivers joined to bookings

Waivers you can prove, sitting next to the booking they cover.

Smartwaiver collects signed waivers and stores them safely. Landing collects them with evidence built for the day someone asks, every signature hash-chained and verifiable, and puts each one on the customer's record beside their bookings, orders and emails, in the same system that runs the rest of the business.

Landing suits you if

  • You want the waiver, the booking and the customer in one record
  • You want a signature an insurer or a solicitor can check for themselves
  • You're paying per waiver band and want the rest of the business included

Where the waiver sits on its own.

Signed and stored. Then separate from everything else.

Priced by the waiver

Plans step up with the number of signed waivers each month, from 100 to 2,500, with larger volumes quoted.

A second customer list

The waiver knows who signed. The booking system, the till and the mailing list each keep their own copy of the same customer.

Joined by integrations

Getting a signature onto the booking or into your email means connecting another tool and keeping it working.

Landing Platform vs Smartwaiver, line by line.

Landing collects the waiver with evidence anyone can verify, then keeps it with the booking, the customer and the business around them.

What it costs, side by side.

Smartwaiver prices by how many waivers are signed each month. Landing charges for the people who run the business every day, and the customers who sign pay nothing.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who run bookings, marketing and the office every day, twelve on shifts who check people in and clock in at the kiosk. Landing prices are in pounds; Smartwaiver lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Smartwaiver setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your waivers across

Your waiver wording becomes a signature form, and your signer list comes across as customers as part of the switch. We test a full sign, verify and book run on a real device before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Smartwaiver is made for waivers.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

How would we prove a waiver was signed?

Each signature has its own public verification page and a certificate. It records the signer's full legal name, the exact agreement text, the time, the device, the IP address we observed and whether they scrolled to the end. The chain check shows if any record was edited, replaced or deleted.

What if we change the waiver wording?

Change it whenever you need. The text is stored in full on every signature, so people who signed the old version keep the words they agreed to and stay verifiable against them.

Can a waiver be tied to a booking?

Yes, for hires by the day or night: the agreement is signed at checkout, the reservation stays locked until it is, and the signature is bound to the booking. Every signed waiver also sits on the customer's record in the CRM.

Do our shift staff need a full seat?

No. Staff who work shifts, clock in and check people in are Members, from £4 a month. Customers who sign are Guests, and Guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
