Landing Platform vs Acuity Scheduling: bookings plus a CRM
Acuity books appointments, collects intake answers and sends reminders for a monthly fee set by how many calendars you run. Landing puts the booking inside the whole business: every appointment lands on a CRM contact, and email, invoices, projects and support carry on from the same record.

Landing suits you if
- You want every client who books to become a contact you can market to and invoice
- You'd rather not pay by the number of calendars you run
- You run projects, time or subscriptions behind the appointments
Where the diary stops short.
Acuity fills the diary. The rest of the client lives somewhere else.
Priced by calendar count
Acuity's plans are set by how many calendars you need: one, up to six or up to 36. Add staff past a tier and the plan changes.
Clients in a silo
Client details sit in the scheduler, while your email list, CRM and invoicing live in other tools.
The work after the booking
Projects, time and follow-up happen elsewhere, so nobody can see what a client is really worth.
Landing Platform vs Acuity Scheduling, line by line.
Landing covers the booking pages you rely on, and keeps each client's whole history on one record.

What it costs, side by side.
Acuity charges by the calendars you run. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, and the clients who book with you pay nothing.

Acuity Scheduling, as it lists it
Acuity's plans as listed on their site, September 2026. Prices exclude tax.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, email marketing, a website and forms tool, a helpdesk and a project tool.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes booking pages, CRM, email campaigns, forms and pages, invoices and checkout, subscriptions, a helpdesk and projects.
Work out your own priceExample team: two people who run the business and the marketing every day, three who take appointments and keep client records. Landing prices are in pounds; Acuity lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Acuity setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move Acuity across
Appointment types, availability and intake questions come across as booking events, and your client list moves into the CRM as part of the switch. We test every appointment type before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Acuity.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Is Landing too much for a small team that mostly takes appointments?
No. Core is priced for exactly this, per person who works in it, with clients free. You get the booking pages you need today, and the CRM, email, invoices and helpdesk are there on the same bill when you want them. Nothing extra to switch on or pay for.
Where do our intake questions go?
Each booking event carries its own custom questions. The answers stay with the booking on the client's record, beside their emails, invoices and anything else you hold on them.
Can each member of staff keep their own availability?
Yes. Each person or team gets booking pages with their own hours, round-robin shares bookings across a team, and there's no cap on calendars. You pay per person who works in Landing, not per calendar.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients are Guests, and Guests are always free.
