Landing Platform vs Chili Piper: route, book and call back

Turn a form fill into a booked call, or a ringing phone, in seconds.

Chili Piper sits on top of your CRM and routes form fills to the right rep's calendar. Landing does the routing, the booking and the CRM itself, and can ring your team the moment a form is sent, so you're talking to the lead while they're still on the page.

Landing suits you if

  • You want form answers to decide which calendar a lead lands on
  • You'd like your team's phone to ring within seconds of an enquiry
  • You want the booking, the deal and the follow-up on one record

Where the speed to lead gets expensive.

Fast booking is worth having. The way it's bought is the problem.

A contract before a calendar

Chili Piper sells routing and scheduling as an annual plan with a bundle of seats, and each extra seat is charged monthly on top.

A layer on another CRM

It routes and books, then writes to the CRM you pay for separately. That's two systems to keep agreeing on who owns which lead.

Booked, then handed off

Once the meeting is in the diary, the proposal, the signature and the invoice all happen in yet more tools.

Landing Platform vs Chili Piper, line by line.

Landing covers form-to-calendar routing and round-robin, adds a live phone callback, and keeps every step on the deal.

What it costs, side by side.

Chili Piper sells routing as an annual bundle of seats. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, and the leads they talk to pay nothing.

Work out your own price

Example team: eight people who work leads and deals every day, four who take handed-over calls and update records. Landing prices are in pounds; Chili Piper lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Chili Piper setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Chili Piper across

Your routing rules and meeting types become form rules and booking events, your reps' availability comes with them, and your contacts and deals move into the CRM as part of the switch. We test every route before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.

But we already use Chili Piper.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

How does Landing decide where a lead goes?

You set rules on the form: any answer, or the lead score, sends that person to a booking event of your choosing. Different answers go to different events, round-robin shares the meetings across a team, and the booking page opens prefilled with what they just told you. The meeting then links back to their record, so the rep sees the answers before the call.

What does the instant callback actually do?

The moment someone submits a form with a phone number, Landing rings your team's line. Whoever answers hears a short greeting, and the enquirer is dialled and connected straight away. It's a real call between two people, and it's switched on per form with a daily cap you set.

We run our CRM elsewhere. Do we have to move it?

Landing's CRM is in every plan, so the routing, the booking and the deal sit on one record with nothing to sync. We move contacts, companies, deals and history across for you, against success criteria you agree up front.

Do the leads who book need an account?

No. Prospects and clients are Guests, and Guests are always free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
