Landing Platform vs Close: calls, callback and the whole business

The fastest call is the one your website starts for you.

Close is a CRM built around the phone: calling, SMS and email in one place for inside sales. Landing rings your own line the second a form comes in and connects the lead, then carries the deal through quote, signature, project and invoice.

Landing suits you if

  • You want every web enquiry called back in seconds, not when someone next checks the inbox
  • You want marketing, delivery and billing on the same record as the call
  • You would rather have one system than a CRM plus a stack around it

Where the calling CRM stops.

Close is quick on the phone. The work either side of the call lives somewhere else.

Leads wait for a rep

A form fill still waits for someone to notice it and dial. The minutes between enquiry and call are where leads go cold.

Usage on top of seats

Seats come per user, then calling and SMS are usage-based, and the Call Assistant is a further monthly fee plus a per-minute charge.

Won, then handed over

When the deal closes, the project, the invoice and the next campaign live in other tools that someone has to update.

Landing Platform vs Close, line by line.

On pipeline, email and follow-up Landing matches the everyday work. It adds the callback before the call and everything after the win.

What it costs, side by side.

Close charges per seat across four plans, then passes calling and SMS usage through on top. Landing charges full price only for the people who work in it every day, and SMS, AI and lookups come from one shared credit pool.

Keep calling while we move you.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us Close and the tools around it: the form tool, the signing app, the invoicing. We agree what moves and what "ready" means before you commit.

Step 2

We move your pipeline

We move your leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history as part of the switch, then switch on instant callback on the forms that matter most.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.

But our reps live in Close.

Fair. These are the questions inside sales teams ask us first.

How does the instant callback work?

When someone submits a form with a phone number, Landing rings your own business line first. Whoever answers hears a short greeting, then the lead is dialled and the two of you are connected. It honours opt-outs and consent, can follow your opening hours, stops at a daily cap, and never calls the same enquiry twice.

Can we still send SMS to leads?

Yes. SMS sits in flows and playbooks on Growth, drawing on the shared credit pool, with opt-outs honoured across every list.

Do sequences stop when the prospect replies?

Yes. Each email is written for the prospect, sent from the rep's own Microsoft 365 mailbox in their business hours, and the sequence stops as soon as a reply lands.

What happens after a deal is won?

The statement of work is signed in the browser, the deal is marked won, the project is created with its budget and the deposit is requested through Stripe. Nothing is re-keyed.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
