Landing Platform vs Avoma: meeting notes joined to pipeline
Avoma prices a recorder seat, then adds conversation intelligence, revenue intelligence and lead routing as modules on top. On Landing the notetaker, the booking pages, the form routing and the pipeline are one system, with quotes, projects and invoices on the same record.

Landing suits you if
- You'd rather not add a module for each part of the sales cycle
- You want booking, routing and call notes on the deal itself
- You want the work after the win on the same record
Where the modules add up.
Each piece is useful. The bill is the sum of them.
A seat, then modules
A recorder seat first, then Conversation Intelligence, Revenue Intelligence and Lead Router, each priced per seat.
Seat caps by plan
Startup goes up to 25 paid seats and Organization to 100. Grow past the cap and you move up a plan.
Won, then somewhere else
The notes and the forecast live in Avoma; the proposal, the project and the invoice live elsewhere.
Landing Platform vs Avoma, line by line.
Landing covers notes, booking and routing, and keeps the deal, the proposal and the delivery on the same record.

What it costs, side by side.
Avoma starts with a recorder seat and adds a module for each job. On Landing notes, booking, routing and the pipeline are in the plan.

Avoma, as it lists it
Avoma's plans as listed on their site, September 2026, billed yearly.
And still to buy separately: the CRM, proposals and e-signature, projects and invoicing.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes the notetaker, booking pages, form routing, CRM and forecasts, sequences, quotes, e-signature, invoices and projects.
Work out your own priceExample team: eight people who sell every day, six who join calls, pick up actions and keep records. Landing prices are in pounds; Avoma lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Avoma setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move you off Avoma
Your meeting types and routing rules become booking events and form rules, contacts and deals move into the CRM as part of the switch, and the notetaker starts joining your calls. We test every route before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Avoma.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Is lead routing included, or is it extra?
Included. Rules on any form answer, or the lead score, send each person to the right booking event, prefilled with what they told you, and the meeting links back to their record. Round-robin shares bookings across a team.
What does Landing do with a call once it's recorded?
It writes a summary and key points, pulls out action items with owners, matches each speaker to your team or contacts by email, and files the call on the right client. Action items can become project cards.
Can we price the whole sales cycle in one number?
Yes. You pay per Builder and Member, and notes, booking, routing, the pipeline, quotes and invoices are all in Growth. The calculator on our pricing page works out your figure in a minute.
Do people who only read notes need a seat?
Clients and anyone outside your company are Guests, and Guests are free. Teammates who pick up actions and update records are Members, from £4 a month.
