Landing Platform vs Adobe Acrobat Sign: signed into the CRM

A signature that lands on the deal, not in a PDF folder.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is e-signature inside a PDF toolkit. Landing builds the document, collects the signature with a full evidence certificate, and files it on the client's record, where it wins the deal, opens the project and requests the deposit.

Landing suits you if

  • You send proposals and contracts from the same place you run the client
  • You want every signature backed by a certificate anyone can verify
  • You'd rather not license a PDF suite for every person who sends a contract

Where the signed PDF goes next.

Getting it signed is quick. Everything after it is manual.

A licence each

Acrobat is sold per licence, so everyone who sends for signature needs one.

A PDF, then a folder

The signed document comes back as a file. Someone still has to update the deal, the project and the invoice.

Built around the PDF

The document starts life in Word or Acrobat, not from your prices and your client's record.

Landing Platform vs Adobe Acrobat Sign, line by line.

Landing matches Acrobat Sign on the signing and the evidence, and joins them to the documents and the CRM around them.

What it costs, side by side.

Acrobat is sold per licence. On Landing the people who write and send contracts pay for the whole platform, and the clients signing pay nothing.

Work out your own price

Example team: six people who write proposals and contracts every day, ten who deliver the work, approve and log time. Landing prices are in pounds; Adobe lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Acrobat Sign setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your documents across

Your templates, signing roles and signed-document history come across as part of the switch. We rebuild your proposal templates with live pricing and run a full send-to-sign test before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But everyone knows Adobe.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Will clients trust a signature that isn't from Adobe?

They sign in the browser in a few clicks, identified by their email link, with an explicit consent step. The certificate on the PDF records every signer, timestamp and IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the content, and anyone can check it on a public verification page.

We still edit PDFs. Do we need Acrobat for that?

If PDF editing is part of your work, keep a reader for it. What moves to Landing is the business of sending documents for signature: proposals, statements of work, contracts and NDAs, built from your templates and your prices and filed on the client's record.

Can people sign a form rather than a document?

Yes. Forms carry a signature field for waivers, consents and terms. The agreement text is stored in full with each signature, every signature is hash-chained, and each one has its own verification page.

Do the people signing need a licence?

No. Clients and anyone else signing are Guests, and Guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
