Landing Platform vs Proposify: proposals that start the project

Win the proposal, and the project is already set up.

Proposify builds good-looking proposals, tracks them and gets them signed, with document sends counted each month. Landing prices proposals and statements of work from your estimates, gets them signed with a certificate on the PDF, and turns the signature into a won deal, a project with its budget and the first invoice.

Landing suits you if

  • You'd rather not count proposal sends each month
  • You want prices pulled from estimates at locked rates
  • You want signing to create the project and request the deposit

Where the proposal tool runs out.

The proposal wins the work. Then the real admin starts.

Sends counted monthly

Proposify includes a set number of document sends a month, and charges per send after that.

CRM on the higher plan

CRM integrations start on the Team plan, and the Salesforce package is a paid add-on per user.

Signed isn't started

After the signature, the project, the budget and the invoice are set up by hand in other tools.

Landing Platform vs Proposify, line by line.

Landing matches Proposify on the proposal and the signature, and carries on into the project and the invoice.

What it costs, side by side.

Proposify charges per user and counts your sends. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, with no limit on documents and clients free.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who sell and write proposals every day, six who deliver the work and log time. Landing prices are in pounds; Proposify lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Proposify setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Proposify across

Your templates, content library and pricing catalogue are rebuilt as Landing documents and estimates, and Word templates import directly. We send a test proposal end to end before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Proposify.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Is there a limit on how many proposals we send?

No. There's no per-document limit and no charge per send. You pay per person who works in Landing, and clients who read and sign are free.

Can clients choose between packages?

Yes. Group options so the client picks one, and mark extras optional or recommended. They choose on the signing page, and you see which option they spent the most time on.

What if we need to change a proposal after sending?

You can edit it until the first signature. Each save is stamped on the document, and the signing certificate fingerprints exactly what the client signed.

Do clients need to log in to sign?

No. They sign from their email link, and Guests are always free.

Scoping a project now?

Use the free SoW generator to draft a clear statement of work.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
