Landing Platform vs RB2B: visitor ID inside your CRM

Stop reading visitor alerts. Work them in your CRM.

RB2B identifies website visitors and pushes them to Slack and your other tools, priced on monthly resolutions. Landing identifies visiting companies inside the CRM, email, sequences and booking you run the business on, so the follow-up starts where the visit is recorded.

Landing suits you if

  • You want visitors on the same record as your deals
  • You sell in the UK and want Companies House checks on every account
  • You want pricing per person, not per resolution

Where the alert goes cold.

An alert is only as good as what happens after it.

Person-level is US only

Contact-level identification on paid plans covers US visitors only, as its pricing page states.

Priced per resolution

Plans are set by monthly resolutions, with overage charged per resolution beyond them.

A feed, not a system

Visitors are pushed to Slack and your other tools, and the follow-up happens wherever they land.

Landing Platform vs RB2B, line by line.

Landing identifies visiting companies on Scale, and the record they land on is the one you sell from.

What it costs, side by side.

RB2B tiers by resolutions and charges overage beyond them. Landing charges for the people who use it and the contacts you market to.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who run marketing and sales every day, four who follow up leads and approve. Scale is billed yearly. RB2B lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us how you use RB2B today and the tools around it. Show us where the alerts go and who picks them up. We agree what "ready" means for each one before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We tag the site and move your data

The Landing tag goes on your site and company visits start from the first day. We move your contacts and deals as part of the switch, so every visit lands on a record someone owns.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.

Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But RB2B has a free plan.

It does. Here's what teams ask when they add up the rest.

Why pay for Landing when RB2B has a free plan?

The free plan identifies companies only, up to 150 a month, and it still leaves you paying for a CRM, email, sequences and booking elsewhere. Landing replaces those with one system, with visitor identification on Scale.

Does Landing work for UK visitors?

Yes. It names the businesses visiting your site wherever they are, and any UK company can be checked against Companies House for officers, owners, insolvency and filed accounts.

Can we still see what a visiting company looked at?

Yes. Each company shows its visitors, sessions, the pages they read and when they were last on the site, and the analytics digest by email lists the companies too.

Do people who only follow up or read reports need a full seat?

No. People who pick up tasks, read dashboards and approve are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free, whether they book a call, sign a quote or pay an invoice.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
