Landing Platform vs BuiltWith: tech stack in your CRM
BuiltWith is a very large technology lookup database with lead lists by technology, sold by the month. Landing looks at the website of every company in your CRM, records the tools it runs and keeps that current, beside the contacts, deals and emails you work every day.

Landing suits you if
- You want to know what a prospect runs before the first call, without leaving the CRM
- You want to hear when a client adds a tool
- You'd rather not pay for a separate research subscription
Research that never reaches the deal.
Lookups are useful. Carrying them to the record is the job nobody does.
A monthly subscription
Paid plans start at $295 a month, as listed on its site, September 2026, with more logins on the Team plan.
Another connection
Its data reaches your CRM through an integration, one more sync to keep working.
Built for the whole web
It covers hundreds of millions of domains. Your team needs the few thousand in its own pipeline, kept current.
Landing Platform vs BuiltWith, line by line.
BuiltWith researches the web. Landing keeps the stack of every company you work with, where you work with them.

What it costs, side by side.
BuiltWith sells research by the month. On Landing you pay for the people who use it and the contacts you market to, and the stack comes with the CRM.

BuiltWith, as it lists it
How BuiltWith is sold, as listed on its site, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, Companies House checks, email and sequences.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes the CRM and deals, the tools each company runs, Companies House checks, email and flows, sequences, booking, quotes, playbooks and invoicing.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who sell and run accounts every day, five who deliver, log time and approve. BuiltWith lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us how you use BuiltWith today and the tools around it. Bring the technology lists your team prospects from. We agree what "ready" means for each one before you commit to anything.
We move your companies across
We move your companies, contacts and deals as part of the switch. Each company with a website is looked at as it arrives, so the stack is on the record from the first day.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But BuiltWith knows every website.
It knows a lot of them. Here's what teams ask about the ones in their pipeline.
Where does Landing's tech stack data come from?
The company's public website: its home page, its tag manager, its DNS records and the subdomains the home page links to. Nothing is installed. Each tool says where it was found, and a faint match is shown as "likely" rather than asserted.
Does it stay up to date?
Yes. A company is looked at again after 30 days, and every day for open deals and current clients. A tool that disappears is only dropped after two misses in a row, and new tools appear on the company timeline.
Can we find every company in our CRM that uses a given tool?
Yes. Companies by tool filters your own companies by one or more tools, the ones they don't use, or a whole category, and every tool name links to the companies that run it.
Can we act on it automatically?
Yes. On Growth, a playbook step reads a company's stack and If/Else branches on it, so a prospect running a particular tool can get its own follow-up.
