Landing Platform vs Heap: analytics joined to CRM and revenue
Heap captures how people use your product and site, and prices paid plans by sessions. Landing Platform puts web analytics, funnels, cohorts and replay on the same record as your leads, deals and orders, so a journey ends in money.

Landing suits you if
- You want analytics joined to your CRM and revenue
- You want dashboards anyone can build by asking a question
- You want a price that does not climb with sessions
Where the analysis stops.
Heap is good at capturing behaviour. Revenue lives in other systems.
Revenue in another system
The deal and the invoice live in your CRM and billing tools. Joining them to behaviour is a data project.
Sessions set the price
Heap's paid plans use custom session pricing. Growth in traffic means a bigger quote.
Replay costs a step up
The free plan leaves out session replay and heatmaps, so seeing the session means moving up a plan.

What it costs, side by side.
Heap prices its paid plans by sessions. Landing prices per person and includes the CRM the revenue comes from.

Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Heap setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We set up tracking and move the rest
One tag covers analytics, replay and heatmaps. We rebuild your key funnels and reports, send your important events to the record, and move the tools around Heap as part of the switch.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Heap.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Can we still track our own events?
Yes. Send an event to a person's record through the API and it appears in the segment builder and the flow triggers straight away. "Has done X at least three times in 30 days" becomes a segment you can email.
How does Landing join behaviour to revenue?
Because the CRM, deals, invoices and checkout are on the same record as the analytics. Attribution follows each order and deal back to the channel, campaign and page that started it.
Who builds the reports?
Anyone. Ask a question in plain words and Landing draws the chart, with the dataset, period and filters on every tile. Pin it to a dashboard that refreshes itself.
Does it get more expensive as traffic grows?
No. Analytics is on every plan and replay on Growth, priced per person. Contacts you market to are priced on a sliding scale, and the first 2,500 are free.
