Landing Platform vs Mixpanel: event analytics joined to revenue
Mixpanel is event analytics priced by the events you send. Landing Platform puts web analytics, funnels, cohorts and your own events on the same record as the email, CRM and checkout that act on them.

Landing suits you if
- You want analytics that marketing and sales can act on directly
- You want your events to trigger flows and build segments
- You want a price that does not follow your event volume
Where the event bill leads.
Mixpanel is a strong analytics tool. It is one of several you need to act on what it shows.
Priced per event
Mixpanel's Growth plan is free for the first million events, then charged per event. More product use, bigger bill.
Add-ons on top
Session replay, group analytics and data pipelines are listed as add-ons on its pricing page.
A chart, then a hand-off
A cohort in Mixpanel still has to be exported to the email tool or CRM before anyone can act on it.

What it costs, side by side.
Mixpanel meters events. Landing charges for the people who use it, and your event volume does not change the bill.

Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Mixpanel setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We set up tracking and move the rest
One tag covers analytics, replay and heatmaps, and your key events are sent to the person's record. We rebuild the funnels and reports you rely on, and move the tools around Mixpanel as part of the switch.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Mixpanel.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Can we keep sending our own events?
Yes. Post an event to a person's record through the API. It appears in the segment builder and the flow triggers without declaring it first, so "did X three times this month" becomes an email.
Can marketing act on a cohort without an export?
Yes. Segments are built on the whole record: events, orders, forms and email activity. Email and SMS flows run from them in the same system.
Does a jump in usage change the price?
No. Landing is priced per person. You can send as many events as your product produces.
Who needs a full seat?
The people who build reports, pages and campaigns. Anyone who only reads dashboards or approves is a Member, from £4 a month.
