Landing Platform vs Warmly: visitor ID and the whole business
Warmly identifies website visitors and pairs them with AI chat and automated follow-up, billed yearly or quarterly on credits. Landing identifies visiting companies inside the same system as your live chat, CRM, email, booking and invoices, priced per person.

Landing suits you if
- You want visitor identification and live chat in the same system as your CRM
- You want published per-person pricing, not credit tiers
- You want chat answers drawn from your own help centre
The layers add up.
Each capability is a plan or an add-on of its own.
A five-figure start
Web de-anonymisation starts at $10,000 a year, as listed on its site, September 2026.
Chat is the next tier
Inbound chat starts at $20,000 a year, and signals and personalised experiences are add-ons.
Still more to buy
The CRM, email and invoicing are still other tools on other bills.

What it costs, side by side.
Warmly prices each capability as its own plan or add-on. Landing charges for the people who use it and the contacts you market to.

Warmly, as it lists it
How Warmly is sold, as listed on its site, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, an email platform, pages and invoicing.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes company visits, live chat, the CRM, Companies House checks, email and flows, booking, pages, checkout and invoicing. AI help-centre answers are included from Growth.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who run marketing and sales every day, six who answer chats, follow up and approve. Scale is billed yearly. Warmly lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us how you use Warmly today and the tools around it. Bring your chat playbooks and the lists you follow up. We agree what "ready" means for each one before you commit to anything.
We move you across
The Landing tag and live chat go on your site, and company visits start from the first day. We move your contacts and chat history as part of the switch and set up your help centre so chat can answer from it.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Warmly's AI does the follow-up.
Here's what teams ask when they compare the two.
How does Landing tell us who is on our site?
It names the business behind each visit, filtered to real businesses, with the pages they read and when. Open a company to see its people from the built-in directory, then add the right person to the CRM in one click.
Can chat and follow-up run by themselves?
Yes. Live chat shows which company a visitor is from. On Growth and above, chat answers from your own help centre and hands over to a person, playbooks run across every team, and sequences go out from the rep's own mailbox, stopping when they reply.
How does the price compare?
Landing publishes its prices: per Builder and Member, plus the contacts you market to, with visitor identification on Scale. There are no credit tiers for identification. Phone reveals draw on the shared pool your Builders fill.
Do people who only follow up or read reports need a full seat?
No. People who pick up tasks, read dashboards and approve are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free, whether they book a call, sign a quote or pay an invoice.
