Landing Platform vs Lead Forensics: visitors in your CRM
Lead Forensics names the businesses visiting your website. Landing names them too, inside the analytics, CRM, email, sequences and booking you run the business on. SaxonAir left Lead Forensics for Landing's company visits.

Landing suits you if
- You want visiting companies beside the deals and contacts you already have
- You'd rather not hold a separate contract just to see who visits
- You want to follow up with email, sequences and booking without another tool
Why the insight goes nowhere.
Knowing a company visited is step one. Everything after it happens in other tools.
A second place to check
Visits live in their portal and your deals live in the CRM. Someone has to join the two every morning.
Priced on your traffic
Pricing is calculated on your website visitors, so the quote follows your traffic rather than your team.
One more contract
It's a separate contract with its own terms, next to the CRM, the email tool and the chat you already pay for.
Landing Platform vs Lead Forensics, line by line.
Landing identifies the companies visiting your site on Scale, and everything you do next is already in the same system.

What it costs, side by side.
Lead Forensics quotes from your website traffic. Landing charges for the people who use it and the contacts you market to, and visitor numbers don't move the price.

Lead Forensics, as it lists it
How Lead Forensics is sold, as its pricing page describes it, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, an email platform, sequences and booking.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes company visits, web analytics, the CRM, Companies House checks, email and flows, sequences, booking, quotes, e-signature and invoicing. The price doesn't move with your traffic.
Work out your own priceExample team: two people who run marketing and sales every day, four who follow up leads and approve. Scale is billed yearly. Lead Forensics doesn't publish prices, so we describe how it charges.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us how you use Lead Forensics today and the tools around it. Bring the companies and lists your sales team works from. We agree what "ready" means for each one before you commit to anything.
We tag the site and move your lists
The Landing tag goes on your site and company visits start from the first day. We bring your saved companies and contacts across as part of the switch, and set your office addresses aside so your own team never shows up as a lead.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Lead Forensics already tells us who visits.
It does. Here's what teams ask us before they move.
How does Landing identify the companies visiting our site?
It resolves each visit to the business behind it, then filters out broadband providers, mobile networks, VPNs and hosting so the list is businesses only, and leaves your own office out. Each company shows its visitors, sessions, the pages they read and when they were last on the site.
Has anyone moved from Lead Forensics to Landing?
Yes. SaxonAir left Lead Forensics for Landing's company visits, which now sit beside the CRM, email and analytics they run on Landing.
What happens after we spot a company?
Open it to see its people from the built-in directory, reveal a phone number and add them to the CRM in one click. From there it's the same system: a sequence from your own mailbox on Growth and above, a booking link, a quote, a signature.
Is visitor identification charged on top?
No. It's in the Scale plan, priced per Builder and Member like everything else, and your traffic doesn't change the price. Phone reveals draw on the shared credit pool your Builders fill.
