Compare / Account Engagement

B2B marketing automation and the CRM it feeds, on one bill.

Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, is B2B automation built around Salesforce, with editions priced per organisation and a CRM that is its own subscription. Landing runs nurture, scoring, pages and the CRM on the same record, for one published price.

Landing suits you if

  • You want marketing automation and the CRM in one system
  • You don't want to pay per org for automation and per user for the CRM
  • You want to see which companies are on your site before they fill a form

Where the second bill comes from.

Account Engagement is strong B2B automation. It is one of two products you pay for.

An edition price from $1,250

Editions start at $1,250 per org per month, billed annually, with extra contacts on top.

The CRM is another licence

The pipeline it feeds lives in Salesforce CRM, billed per user on its own contract.

Admin between the two

Keeping prospects, campaigns and fields in step across two products needs someone who knows both.

Landing Platform vs Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), line by line.

Landing covers the B2B automation and the CRM together, so the sync you maintain today simply isn't there.

What it costs, side by side.

Account Engagement is priced per organisation, and the CRM it depends on is priced per user. Landing is one price for both.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who run marketing and sales ops every day, twelve who sell, deliver and approve. Scale is billed yearly. Salesforce lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Account Engagement and Salesforce setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move both across

We bring prospects, accounts, opportunities and consent across, rebuild your engagement programs as flows, recreate your scoring and rebuild your forms and pages. We check each one before either product is switched off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Account Engagement.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Do we have to leave Salesforce CRM as well?

That is where the saving is. Landing is the CRM as well as the automation, with contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, quotes and e-signature in Core, so you stop paying for the connector between two products. We move both, one at a time, and you sign each off.

Can Landing score and route leads like Pardot?

Yes. A flow can branch on lead score, assign an owner, open a deal and book a call, and on Growth sales sequences go out from each rep's own mailbox.

Can we see which companies visit before they convert?

Yes. Website visitor identification on Scale shows which companies are on your site before anyone fills a form, and you can add the right people to the CRM from the same screen.

Is it built for B2B, or just ecommerce email?

Both, on one record. For B2B there are companies, deals, quotes, statements of work, e-signature, Companies House checks and meeting notes that file into the CRM.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
