Landing Platform vs Tapfiliate: affiliates joined to your CRM

Affiliate tracking with no meter running on every click.

Tapfiliate is affiliate tracking software with plans capped by affiliates, clicks and conversions. Landing runs your affiliate and partner programmes in the same system as your CRM, checkout, email and invoicing, priced on your team, not on your traffic.

Landing suits you if

  • You want affiliates and referrals credited in your own CRM
  • You would rather not watch click and conversion allowances
  • You want the programme, the checkout and the email tool in one login

Where the allowance runs out.

An affiliate tool priced on traffic charges you more when the programme works.

Metered clicks and conversions

Tapfiliate plans list monthly click and conversion allowances, with overage fees per thousand above them.

Caps on the entry plan

The Launch plan lists one programme, 50 affiliates and one team member; more means the next tier.

Commissions without the customer

Commissions are tracked in Tapfiliate while the customer, the order and the email live in three other tools.

Landing Platform vs Tapfiliate, line by line.

Tapfiliate tracks affiliates well. Landing adds the CRM, checkout and email the programme runs through.

What it costs, side by side.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people running marketing, sales and the programme every day, four who approve, pick up tasks and read dashboards. Affiliates are free, however many clicks they send.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your programme

We go through your programmes, commission rules, affiliates and how you pay out, and the tools around them. Then we write down what "ready" means, for example every affiliate able to sign in and last month's commissions matching.

Step 2

We move Tapfiliate across

We move affiliates, programmes, commission rules, coupon codes and payout records across while Tapfiliate keeps tracking, and run both until the commissions agree.

Step 3

You check it, then you pay

You check it on real sales: a referral tracked, a commission worked out, a payout ready to send. Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you signed off. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.

But we already use Tapfiliate.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they are weighing it up.

Does Landing limit clicks or conversions?

No. There is no click or conversion allowance and no overage. You pay for your Builders and Members and the contacts you market to.

Can we run more than one affiliate programme?

Yes. Each programme has its own sign-up page, commission rules, cookie window and holdback, and an affiliate can belong to more than one.

Will our existing integrations still credit sales?

When the checkout is Landing, sales are credited directly. For billing elsewhere, the server-to-server conversions API and a Stripe connection per programme credit the affiliate, and refunds claw back.

Can affiliates see their own numbers?

Yes. Affiliates sign in to a portal in your brand, on your own domain if you like, with their earnings, materials and payout details.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
