Landing Platform vs Wix: a website plus the business behind it

A website is one part of the business. Run the rest from the same place.

Wix builds a site quickly and adds a CRM, email and bookings on top. Landing builds the site, the pages and the checkout too, then runs the work behind them: projects, timesheets, HR, a helpdesk, invoices and profit per client. One login, as many sites as you need.

Landing suits you if

  • You run more than one site, brand or client
  • You want the site, the CRM and the delivery work on one record
  • You want your team, not just your website, on the same system

Where the website stops.

The site is live and the enquiries come in. Then everything after the enquiry happens somewhere else.

A plan for every site

Premium plans are bought site by site, so a second brand or a client site is a second subscription.

Collaborators capped by plan

Each plan caps site collaborators, from 2 on Light up to 100 on Business Elite. Growing the team means upgrading the plan.

The work lives elsewhere

Projects, timesheets, HR, the helpdesk and profit reporting still sit in separate tools, with separate logins and separate bills.

Landing Platform vs Wix, line by line.

On the website and the storefront, the two are close. The gap is everything the business does after the visitor becomes a customer.

What it costs, side by side.

Wix charges per site, with features and collaborators tiered by plan. Landing charges per person who works in it, and sites, pages and forms are unlimited.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who build pages and run marketing and sales every day, four who pick up tasks, answer tickets and book leave.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Wix setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild your site

We rebuild each page with the same address, content and look, carry your blog across, and add a 301 redirect for any address that changes. Forms are rebuilt to feed the CRM, and your contacts come across as a CSV import.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Wix already has a CRM and email.

It does. Here are the questions teams ask us when they compare the two.

Wix has a CRM and email marketing. What does Landing add?

The rest of the business. Projects and timesheets, HR and leave, a helpdesk and help centre, quotes and e-signature, invoices from hours or retainers, and profit per client on Growth. All of it sits on the same customer record as the site, the forms and the orders.

Will we keep our domain and our search rankings?

Yes. Your site runs on your own domain, with sitemaps and canonical tags generated for you, and we add a 301 redirect for any address that changes, so nothing you rank for goes missing.

Do we pay for each site on Landing?

No. Sites, pages and forms are unlimited. A second brand, a microsite or a campaign site costs nothing extra.

Who moves the site across?

We do. Switching is a service: we rebuild the pages, carry the content and redirects, and check it against the criteria you agreed before anything is switched off.

Moving a site?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
