Landing Platform vs SurveyMonkey: surveys that feed your CRM

Every answer lands on the customer who gave it.

SurveyMonkey makes surveys easy to send and quick to analyse. Landing sends the same surveys, then files every answer on the contact, triggers the follow-up and lets you segment on it, alongside your CRM, email, pages and helpdesk.

Landing suits you if

  • You want survey answers in the CRM, not in an export
  • You want the follow-up email or task to fire on its own
  • You want no response allowance to watch

Where the survey stops short.

The survey goes out. The answers come back. Then the real work starts somewhere else.

Three seats to start

Team plans start at three users, billed annually. Anyone who only reads results still takes a seat.

A meter on answers

Team plans include 50,000 or 100,000 responses a year, then charge £0.15 for each one over.

Results that stay put

Answers are analysed in SurveyMonkey, then exported or synced to reach the CRM and the email tool that does the follow-up.

Landing Platform vs SurveyMonkey, line by line.

SurveyMonkey analyses answers well. The difference is what the answer can do next.

What it costs, side by side.

SurveyMonkey charges per user with a three-user minimum, then for responses over the allowance. Landing charges for the people who work in it, and answers are never metered.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who build surveys, flows and pages, six who read results, work tickets and log time. SurveyMonkey prices shown as published on its UK pricing page.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your SurveyMonkey setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your surveys across

We rebuild your surveys with their questions and logic, bring past responses over and match each one to a contact. We move your data as part of the switch, and check the counts match before anything is switched off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But SurveyMonkey is what everyone knows.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us when they weigh it up.

Can Landing send NPS and satisfaction surveys?

Yes. NPS and rating questions are built in, one question per screen with logic jumps, piped answers and autosave. Send them from a flow after a purchase, a booking or a closed ticket, and the score lands on the contact.

What happens if we get more responses than we planned for?

Nothing changes on your bill. Landing does not charge per response. You pay for the people who work in it and the contacts you market to, and the first 2,500 contacts are free.

Do people who only read results need a full seat?

No. People who read dashboards, work tickets and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free.

Can we bring our SurveyMonkey surveys and results?

Yes. Switching is a service: we rebuild your surveys and bring past responses across, matched to contacts, so trends carry on without a gap.

Paying for tools that overlap?

Run the free stack audit and see what one system would replace.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
