Landing Platform vs Squarespace: sites that run the business

A good-looking site, and the business behind it, on one record.

Squarespace makes a polished website and a tidy online store. Landing builds sites and checkout as well, with email, bookings, courses and subscriptions included, then adds the CRM, projects, helpdesk and HR that run the business the site brings in.

Landing suits you if

  • You sell products, courses or services and want every order on the customer record
  • You want email and bookings included, not added on
  • You want the team and the work behind the site in the same login

Where the extras add up.

The template is lovely. The bill grows around it.

Fees on what you sell

The Basic plan takes 2% of store sales, and digital content and memberships carry a fee on every plan below Advanced.

Add-ons for the essentials

Email Campaigns and Acuity Scheduling are sold separately from the website plan.

A site, not a system

The sales pipeline, the projects, the helpdesk and the team live in other tools, each with its own login and its own copy of your customers.

Landing Platform vs Squarespace, line by line.

On the site and the store, both look the part. Landing carries on where Squarespace stops.

What it costs, side by side.

Squarespace charges per website, takes a fee on some sales below its top plans, and sells email and scheduling separately. Landing charges per person who works in it, with email, booking and checkout included.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who run the site, the shop and the marketing every day, three who pack orders, answer tickets and book leave.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Squarespace setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild your site and shop

We rebuild each page with the same address, content and look, bring products across, and add a 301 redirect for any address that changes. Your subscribers and customers come across as a CSV import, with consent intact.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Squarespace looks so good.

It does. Here are the questions teams ask us before they move.

Will our site look as good on Landing?

Yes. Pages are built with blocks, with full code access when a designer wants it, and on Growth AI drafts pages from your brand kit. We rebuild your current site with the same content and look as part of the switch.

Can we sell courses, memberships and subscriptions?

Yes. Courses and digital products, subscriptions with a portal where shoppers manage them, and rentals with calendars and deposits are all in Core, with every order on the customer record.

Do we need a separate plan for each site?

No. Sites, pages and forms are unlimited. A second brand or a campaign microsite costs nothing extra.

Do email and bookings cost extra?

No. Email campaigns and flows and booking pages are in every plan. Your first 2,500 marketing contacts are free, and each band after that costs less per contact.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
