Landing Platform vs AgencyAnalytics: reports joined to the work

Show clients the results, and know what they cost you to deliver.

AgencyAnalytics is built for client reporting. Landing puts that reporting in the same system as the work: the campaigns, the hours logged against them, the budget, the invoice and the margin. Clients get a live link and a portal in your brand, and they are free.

Landing suits you if

  • You want client reports next to the hours and budget behind them
  • You don't want a bill that grows with every client you win
  • You want to see which clients are profitable, not just which are happy

Where client reporting stops short.

The report says the campaign worked. It can't tell you whether the account did.

Priced per client

Every new client adds to the monthly bill, before you have delivered a thing for them.

Results without the effort

The report shows clicks and rankings. The hours, the budget and the margin live in another tool.

One more login

Your team still runs projects, time, invoicing and the CRM elsewhere, and copies the story between them each month.

Landing Platform vs AgencyAnalytics, line by line.

AgencyAnalytics is a dedicated client-reporting tool. Landing joins client reporting to the projects, time, budgets and invoices that deliver the results.

What it costs, side by side.

Work out your own price

Example team: six account and marketing leads who work in Landing every day, ten who deliver the work and log time. Clients see their portal and shared dashboards free, however many you have.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your reports

Show us the AgencyAnalytics reports your clients open, and the tools behind them. We agree which move, and what "ready" means for each, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild them next to the work

We move your data as part of the switch. Ads data connects directly, and campaigns, web analytics, hours and invoices are already in Landing, so each report can show the work and the results together. We check every figure against today's report.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use AgencyAnalytics.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Can clients still get a report they open themselves?

Yes. Share a dashboard on a link that republishes itself hourly or daily, with no login needed, or give them the client portal in your brand. Either way, clients are free.

Why join reporting to timesheets?

Because a client can be delighted and still lose you money. When the report sits beside the hours, the retainer and the invoice, you see both in one place, and profit per client updates as the hours come in.

Which marketing channels connect?

Google Ads and Facebook Ads connect directly. Email, forms, pages and web analytics are Landing's own, so they need no connector. Anything else comes in as a file or an Excel sheet.

Does our bill go up when we win a client?

Not for the client. You pay for your own team: Builders who run the work and Members who log time. Clients, partners and guests are free.

Is every client paying its way?

Try the free client margin calculator and find the accounts that drain you.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
