Landing Platform vs Databox: dashboards over data you hold

The best dashboard source is the system you already work in.

Databox pulls numbers from the tools you use and puts them on one screen. Landing is those tools: CRM, projects, timesheets, invoicing, email, commerce, helpdesk and web analytics. So the dashboard reads data you already hold, and you ask for a chart in plain English.

Landing suits you if

  • You're tired of counting data sources against a plan limit
  • You want the dashboard and the work behind it in one login
  • You want your financial year built in, not bought as an add-on

Where the dashboard bill grows.

Every tool you add is another source to connect, and another line on the plan.

Sources are the meter

Plans are sized by users and data sources, so each tool your business adds pushes you towards the next tier.

Add-ons for the basics

White-labelling, a fiscal calendar and faster syncing are priced as add-ons on top of the plan.

Still paying for every tool

The dashboard shows your CRM, email and billing tools. You still buy, and switch between, every one of them.

Landing Platform vs Databox, line by line.

Databox connects to your tools and charts them. Landing is the tools, so the charting comes with the data.

What it costs, side by side.

Databox charges by plan, sized on users and data sources, with add-ons on top. Landing includes the dashboards with the system that holds the data.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your reports

Show us the Databox reports people actually open, and the tools behind them. We agree which move, which retire, and what "ready" means for each, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild them on live data

We move your data as part of the switch, then rebuild your Databoards as Studio dashboards. Because the CRM, timesheets, invoices and campaigns already live in Landing, most tiles need no connector at all. We check each one against the figure you trust today.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Databox.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Which of our Databox sources can Landing replace?

Any source that is one of the tools Landing replaces: the CRM, email marketing, forms and pages, web analytics, invoicing, timesheets, projects, helpdesk and commerce. Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft 365 connect directly, and anything else comes in as a file or an Excel sheet.

Is there a limit on data sources or dashboards?

No. Dashboards are unlimited, and your own data needs no source to connect, because it is already in Landing.

Can we still send numbers to clients?

Yes. Share a saved dashboard on a link. It refreshes itself hourly or daily, the reader needs no login, and clients are free.

Do we have to build each chart by hand?

No. Ask in plain English ("billable hours by client last quarter") and it builds the chart. You can still pick fields by hand in the advanced panel.

How much are your tools really costing?

Run the free stack audit and see what one platform would replace.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
