Landing Platform vs Everhour: time, budgets and invoicing, joined
Everhour adds timers, budgets and invoices to the project tool you already pay for. Landing is the project tool, the timesheet and the invoice in one: hours land on the task, costed at each person's real rate, and turn into margin and invoices with nothing to sync.

Landing suits you if
- You're paying for a project tool and a time tracker to sit on top of it
- You want budgets, invoices and margin on the same record as the work
- You want timesheets that fill themselves from Outlook
Where two tools cost you twice.
A tracker on top of a project tool means two subscriptions and one fragile join.
Two bills for one job
Everhour works on top of Asana, ClickUp, Monday and the rest, so you pay for the project tool and the tracker, seat by seat.
A join to keep healthy
Budgets and time depend on an integration staying in step. Rename a project or restructure a board and the numbers need checking.
Margin still needs a spreadsheet
Budgets show hours against a limit. Profit per client at each person's real cost still gets built somewhere else.
Landing Platform vs Everhour, line by line.
Landing covers what Everhour adds to your project tool, and it is the project tool. Then it runs the deals, marketing and people around the work.

What it costs, side by side.
Everhour charges per seat, on top of the project tool it plugs into. Landing includes the project tool, and charges full price only for the people who run the work.

Everhour, as it lists it

And still to buy: the project tool itself, a CRM, an email tool and an HR app.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes projects, Gantt, timesheets filled from Outlook, budgets, retainers, invoicing, capacity, CRM, email, helpdesk and HR. Profit per client is on Growth.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who run projects and billing every day, twelve who pick up tasks, log time and approve. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Everhour setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move both tools across
If your projects are in ClickUp, our importer brings tasks, subtasks, custom fields, time entries and comments. For other project tools and your Everhour history, we move the data as part of the switch. We check budgets and totals match before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Everhour works with our project tool.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they weigh it up.
Why replace two tools instead of one?
Because the hours, the budget and the invoice only agree when they live on the same record. In Landing the task, its time, its cost and the invoice are one thing, so there is no integration to keep in step.
We track in ClickUp today. Can that come across?
Yes. Our ClickUp importer brings spaces, lists, tasks, subtasks, assignees, tags, custom fields, time entries and comments.
How do budgets work on retainers?
Set monthly hours, close each month and carry unused hours into the next up to your cap. Time banks cover clients who buy hours up front, with a utilisation report per retainer.
Do people who only log time need a full seat?
No. They're Members, from £4 a month. Builders run projects and billing.
Is the project on budget?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
